Love all the toys and treats that come every month! Our pup loves it too and now thinks every package is for her! Great quality and variety! Love Bark Box as a company, from products to customer service! Would recommend to everyone!

Very good quality of my Daisy’s toys
They last for quite some time.

My dog is a super chewer and the toys hold up to her tough play. She did not like the sweet potato treats that were in a box so they sent a treat that she did like. I am happy with everything that I have received. One month I got a notification that the box would be a few days late due to one of the toys they were going to include did not hold to their standards so they sent a different one. I am thankful!

Terrible cancellation policy! We loved the service while we had it (good toys, pup loved the treats), but I needed to cancel for my budget and because we just had too many toys to justify continuing for now. "Disable auto-renew" cancels your plan AFTER your current 12-month term ends. I now have 9 months left that I do not want or need. Furthermore, Bark did NOT send a renewal notice to let me know another 12-month term was about to start. These are the type of shady subscription tactics that have us all experiencing "subscription fatigue." Customer service refuses to just make it right and cancel the remaining 9 orders.

The work very hard to make the customer happy. I think they are great.

I contacted Bark Box after receiving a rubber toy and they replaced it with a nice nylon toy which Gizmo loves since he’s such a super chewer. Thank you!!

Bark is such a great, fun, and inexpensive company. We get a bark box every month and our dog, Marty love getting it. It is smart enough to know something is in the box that's for him. Hahaha He grabs it out of the car and is soooo proud to strut in carrying it. She feels so proud and happy. I would recommend this company to people because the products are great and toys are strong so they last awhile for him. Thank you to the company.... Diana, Dwight, and of course MARTY!!!! (hahaha)

Great toys and treats and dog recipes. My dogs see tje package and can't wait for me to open it for them! They also.modify packaged items for my different fosters, which is helpful to send the toys home with them when adopted

The company does a great job of listening to customers and repeatedly checks for customer satisfaction. I reported a problem with the toys not being tough enough for my dogs; the company immediately replied to my concern and made changes to meet my dogs' needs.
