Treats for Wendy
My dog loves sitting down with the family when we open her Bark Box. It really isn't a box to save the environment (smile). It a large envelope. The toys always make my dog very happy, and they age appropriate and chewing tough. I recommend this company. They are human mistakes have been made but their customer service is Great and they try to fix issues.

I did receive a toy that my dog Trixie didn't like or destroyed, customer service was out standing and replaced with out question.

I love that we give our input about a furry family member and you listened to me. I got everything she could want to play, chew and snack on. Always the most fun box to open up. It seems like she is aware that when her box comes it is for her. Also, when she was not happy with a toy you replaced it at no charge to make my girl happy.

My pup REALLY loves BarkBox!
I love BarkBox - but my dog REALLY loves it! The snacks are great - it would be nice to e if there were snack boxes for dogs that can’t handle chicken, but we are able to give them to friends dogs - so no problem.

Wonderful toys and so well made.
The way you cater to the individual needs of each customer is amazing. We love getting the bark bag/box. We have so many toys now that we will stop for now. My dog is very gentle on his toys so nothing has broken. He is a very spoiled pug. We share many of our toys with our friend Winnie, the Corgi. Thanks for a great experience.

Maya loves all things BarkBox! She got the best toy in her Lucky Doggie Bag-Billy the Kid! Not sure who had more fun with the “surprise toy” inside - Maya or her Mom….will definitely be on the lookout for more!

September Box
September Box was very good. This is our 2nd box and received treats that Toby can eat (he has a new found chicken/poultry allergy that has been a bit challenging). Toby loves the toys and is quite the spoiled little pup already
