This company will bend over backwards to make sure you are a satisfied customer! Our dog is a picky treater. She hates the vegetable treats. We call monthly and they send a meat based treat as a replacement. If you decide to have the Bark Box delivered, be aware it is a year long contract which even if cancelled you will still be charged for.

All of the products I received were great. The themes and story that go along with the package are really cute.

You're Bark Box is spooktacular! Joel can't wait to see what goodies and play toys are inside. He, of course, wants everything inside all at once! He's very impatient! But mom wisely dispurses the box gradually. He then looks forward to the next day's treats and toys. His very favorite treat is the cookie and he loves his super tough toys with some kind or wings or appendage. Keep up the good work, friends!

My dogs love their Barkbox toys. Sadly, the soft, squeaky toys are destroyed within an hour.

I did not receive my box for September or the extra toys I purchased and one of my free items. Customer service did refund my for the extra items I ordered and did not receive and they are sending me a box for September as well as some free items. My puppy and I were really looking forward to getting that box and the extra toys I ordered and did not get and now we have to wait for that box to come. I really hope October's box comes on time with all the extras I ordered for him.

I have used Bark Box for several years as a good, trusted and fun monthly source of toys and treats for my pups. I have customized my boxes because my pups deserve it.

I Love Bark Box. My 1st baby is 11 yrs old & 6 months ; 1)2 Yorkie & 1/2 Shih Tzu. She has had a Bark Box since she was 8 wks old. Now I also have a 1yrs old & 7 months Shih Tzu. They both Love Bark Box. I've just Finished byeing there Christmas 🎄🎁 Presents. They are going to have a Fantastic Christmas this year! Lots of presents 🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁

Always making my dogs day seeing the box when it arrives and the great stuff they love packed inside.

I ordered online and they deliver every month and are very dependable. If you have a problem of the toys are not a good size for your dog they will send you the correct ones. I have no complaints and my dog loves to open mail believe it or not. She will stick her head in the bag, it makes her very excited and happy.

She liked all the toys and they are the perfect size and toughness

Always concerned about my dog. If she doesn't like something they give her something else. Very caring

I’ve been a member for over a year and the toys/treats were tailored perfectly for my 2 tiny dogs. What a bargain!!! When my dogs toy box gets too full, I donate some toys to the local animal shelter. They always welcome getting them. A+++
