Good products but getting them was a bit convoluted. If you would indulge me:
1 ordered a mixing bowl and blade retainer. Instead I got a mixing bowl and chopping blade. I contacted BS (coincidence that their initials stand for something else?) who asked me to send a photo of erroneous item. WTH? Do they not know what a chopping blade is? Anyway, I did this and then was contacted to clarify what I actually wanted despite the fact that they (presumably) had access to my order. I replied to this e-mail (all contact to this point was by e-mail) making it crystal clear what had happened. I was called yesterday by a very nice young lady who told me they had a retainer in black but not white. Spooky, because I originally wanted it in black anyway but it was shown as out of stock on the website. Anyway, today (after 1 week) I finally got my item so I'm happy(ish). I just don't understand why, when ordering items online goes awry it's so often such a palava to correct.

Fast shipping and well packaged

Replacement jug arrived in great condition. Didn’t think I’d find one, so was really pleased to find this through this website.

Casseroles are good however there is no finishing for example one of the casserole has slight damage, the other has the plastic peeled so the finishing of the area from where we close the lid is not so good
Also the lids are not easily closed some are easy and some are too tight.

I don't have many words to say. Was a nice experience, specially because my order was delivered very fast and without a problem.

The item I ordered was faulty and I have spent over a month so far trying to get a refund. The item is no longer required as a replacement would arrive too late to be the gift I intended it to be.

I return the item by royal mail I paid for the delivery .They said did not receive the goods I checked on the royal mail website. They received the goods seven days ago .Still said they didn't receive the goods very difficult to receive refund contacted PayPal to receive refund .

item matched description onsite. had a little complain on one f the cookware. I emailed customer service got a prompt reply and also a replacement for the item.
I cant speak on the durability of the item as I only just got it but it looks good so far .
