We are in the process of having two new bathrooms, due to be started in June, up to the present time, your consultant Tina Morgan has gone above and beyond in coming out on a home visit, to planning our new bathrooms, she has given excellent advice and customer communication, her knowledge is excellent, and gave us the best solutions to make our home a easier safer place for our bathrooms,
We are excited to see the final outcome once all the work has been completed
In the meantime, Tina has assured us that we can get in touch with her at any time to discuss anything that may crop up
She is a very professional, pleasant person who knows her products and advises us properly
Cannot wait to see our new bathrooms

Fantastic showroom with various makes and models of range cookers including Lacanche. Latasha was extremely helpful and informative and gave us the confidence to proceed with our order. Would definitely recommend a visit and we will use again despite not being local. Great customer journey and experience 🤩

We needed a replacement for our 30 year Rangemaster (museum piece!). Carvers (appliances) were helpful from the intial contact to the whole end process. Tasha and Kieran were very knowledgeable about all the display cookers in the Wolverhampton showroom. We chose the Rangemaster Nexus 110. A big shout out to Danny and Karam who expertly fitted it last week into our compact kitchen with no damage. Danny also ensured that our missing items were promptly posted out to us. Fantastic company, Tash, Danny and Kieron have been brilliant. What Danny doesn't know about cookers isn't worth knowing. I thoroughly enjoyed their cooking demonstration and I'm looking forward to their next tasting event.

I called Carvers, only to be told to fill out the online form for Lofra cookers and spares. I did this and also emailed and left voicemails. Sadly after weeks i have still had no response and my customer still has no working cooker. Shocking lack of responses from them.

Nothing went wrong. Engineer gave phone notice of his arrival. Arrived on time, did a brilliant job.

Cooker is great. It looks lovely. Plenty of oven space. However I would have expected an second shelf for the oven apart from the roasting tray. The extra burners makes it easer to have more pots on top. That's a bonus.
My one complaint is the number of weeks it took to get here.

I was very stressed about my cooker and it seemed as though this was a smooth process and very fast. Very happy with the service!!

Really friendly team, turned up when they said and installed the cooker with ease. They spent the time to give us a full demo and even gave us some tips.

We've always used Danny from Carvers to service our old, gas conversion Aga. It stopped working yesterday, just a few days before Christmas. The girls in the office said Danny, the engineer, was fully booked until 10th January but they'd put me on the list in case of cancellations. This afternoon Danny called me and said he could come today - Friday afternoon. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes and was as calm, pleasant and knowledgeable as ever. I'm so grateful and impressed. Thank you Carvers team 💪💪💪💪💪💪
