We purchased a small banner to advertise our $30 Tuesdays. The banner was delivered in less than two weeks. It's exactly what I ordered. The print is clear. The size is accurate. They use good quality material. The grommet holes were included as ordered.

Ordered 2 banners for market tables - they are both amazing, high quality, photo came out perfect, shipped fast, I'm super impressed with this company - will be back!!!

Poor quality banners with no attention to detail and obviously no quality assurance department. Sent my banner all distorted and pixelated mind you I sent a very high-quality logo and the proof was perfect. They later sent me a lower quality proof and claimed it was my fault. Offered a partial refund and never actually refunded it. They think customers are dumb and will forget. Pathetic company, spend your money elsewhere.

Poor customer service . Poor attitudes & told me to take my biz elsewhere. I have done business with this company for 7 years . They now suck.

Amazon Shipping. Never had them ship this route. Package didn't show up. Banner was for a high school event and the team had to go without a banner at their event because Banners On the Cheap chose to use Amazon Shipping. I even paid extra for faster delivery. The refund means a lot less than the disappoint to the kids. Wish I could contact Amazon Shipping to complain but they are all automated.

Website was easy to use. Options for different vinyl is important with midwest extreme weather. We have learned through trial and error what works and what doesn't. It might be helpful to suggest extreme weather options for those first experiencing your company.

Product is great. Easy website to do work with. Shipping is 90% of the time on time. Can’t ask for much more from a banner company. Tim

We used this company before when we owned a restaurant. I used them again for an extremely large banner for a fundraising event. The print quality and material were excellent; however, there was an error in the grommetting that I needed and paid for. When I contacted the company and provided a video of the mistake, they took care of it immediately and recreated the banner, and shipped it. Companies standing by their mistakes don't happen often anymore. BUT BANNERS ON THE CHEAP made it right. Thank you.

“Banners On the Cheap” is the worst company that I ever had the misfortune of doing business with. These people cheated me out of a couple of clamps to hang a banner. Who does that? If anyone does business with them, hopefully you won’t be cheated as I was

This company seems to have a system going that doesn't work for the consumer. I ordered a banner.Everything looked good when I placed the order. I received the banner is was so blurry it couldn't be used. I spoke with the company and all they offered was to redo the banner which would cost me an additional $80.00 because of their lack of quality control.

I have used this firm for years. Never had a bad banner ever. They offer good prices and the quality I have been very happy with. My only issue with them is they charge you twice the cost of the shipping. I know this because I ship a lot for my business. Disappointed that they do this to its customers.

HUGE issues with them not putting my order through to production in time despite me interfacing with humans on phone support (and following their directions and protocols) to ensure this could and would happen. Then, once their error was discovered, they were unwilling to give me express shipping so I could get my product in time for my event (which was totally possible). Ended up having to spend TRIPLE the amount to get it rush printed locally and they tried to charge me a cancellation fee for their errors. Very disappointed. BUYER BEWARE.

So, I've used Banners on the Cheap for several years now. I don't know what has happened but the banner that I just had made really sucks. It is quite pixelated in places and I used the same logo for two places on the banner (I had a front side and back side) on one side it looks fine; on the other side it is all pixelated. How can that happen? I put white lettering on one side (that's all pixelated) but the yellow lettering on the other side looks fine. What the heck?? Out over $120 for a banner that is crap. Won't be using this company again. (PS. It also happened to a friend. Her banner also sucked. Sigh.)

The banner I received was printed crooked and the seams were sewn crooked. They flat out lie about replacements being sent. Very dishonest company.

I ordered two Halloween-themed 2'x5' banners a few days before Halloween. I upgraded to vinyl banners with brass grommets. I received the banners well-packed in plenty of time for Halloween decorating. The quality is great! The material will last a very long time. The price was quite competitive, too. I have a couple of events planned in the spring, and will be ordering from BannersOnTheCheap again!

I have ordered from this website 3 times, every time the banners arrived much faster than anticipated arrival date. The quality is great the only thing I would recommend is checking to make sure when you submit your design that your color profile is compatible with what they use to print.

I ordered a graduation banner for my son. The banner arrived 2 days before the estimated date and the quality was excellent. I totally recommend this company and will order again for other celebrations.
