I needed a table cover for a business I am developing for the community - wanted to look more professional for an event. Process was easy, design approval was quick and seamless, and received cover well in advance of my event. Great experience all around!

Website functionality and tools work OK, sadly they are unable to deliver to UK in a reasonable time frame.
I selected and paid for Express Shipping but delivery date is missed. Even worse, Fed Ex have confirmed that delivery will be missed by 3 days minimum, the item is still in India!
One to avoid in future :-(

I Would Give a NEGATIVE Rating if I Could!!
I would give this company zero stars if I was able to. I ordered some custom labels on February 26th. Multiple times when they emailed me for artwork approval, the page came up as entirely blank and I had to call customer service to clarify - an annoying experience in and of itself as when you're being connected instead of silence or hold music, a recording just says "We're connecting you with an agent now" on constant repeat until someone answers.
After multiple back and forths during which they kept changing what they were and weren't able to do on my artwork which required live chats that went nowhere and customer service calls where it was nearly impossible to understand the agent, I got an email notifying me that my order was shipped on March 14th, only for me to find out 4 days later that it had not because production was unable to print the previously approved agreed upon artwork. So, after another hour long customer service call and me paying extra to ensure that my labels arrived on time for my vendor events, I thought everything was fine. The promised arrival date was April 11th.
Fast forward to March 29th and I call customer service again as I have not received an email notifying me that the labels have been shipped, and I have events on both April 11th and 12th. I'm assured by the customer service agent again that my labels will be delivered by the expected date. April 11th comes and goes, and no labels - the tracking provided by FedEx indicates that the labels haven't even left India yet!!! I had to cancel both events this weekend, putting me out another $130 in vendor fees, as well as the $225 spent on labels and extra $25 on the extra shipping. I will be doing a chargeback on my card for sure, as they also refused to refund me.

This is one of the worst companies I…
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. It took them a month to respond to an email I sent. I tried calling multiple times and the phone line just went around in a loop for days. Finally they corrected it. They ask you if you want Pantone but they do not advise there is a charge for it which is scamming you. When I finally got through to them on the phone, I had to call in 4 times to get a hold of someone who even knew what they were doing. Not a single customer service agent even knew how to change the application on my order, a simple request, they had to "check into it multiple times". Everybody is poorly trained with thick accents and no idea what they are doing. I finally got a hold of someone who knew what they were doing but it was a lot of work to get there. DO BETTER.
