It may be likely very difficult to duplicate that return percentage...The average annual stock market return over the last 50 years has been 6.8%...Some bonds pay a little more than that...Other bank products such as savings accounts, money market, CDs, often pay significantly less...

Too Many Calls, Texts, and Emails — Borderline Harassment
I used this service hoping to compare a few mortgage options, but I quickly regretted it. Within minutes, I was bombarded with phone calls, emails, and text messages from multiple lenders — some of them calling over and over again, even after I told them I had already chosen a provider.
A few were downright aggressive and continued to contact me despite being asked to stop. What should have been a helpful tool turned into a frustrating and overwhelming experience. If you’re not prepared to deal with constant unsolicited contact, I’d recommend looking elsewhere or being extremely cautious about sharing your information.

Bankrate Sucks
Bankrate is a sleazy company that just ends with a bunch of spam calls. The rates they show are not really available from the companies they list even for people with excellent credit.
