They did not made the changes i requested. Instead, for the 2nd draft, they look exactly like the first draft and mark the order as complete. Terrible!

I had high hopes for BandsOffAds, but honestly, it was a total letdown. The platform barely worked — for a good portion of the time I was subscribed, it was either down or super glitchy. And when it did work, the ad quality was just poor. Definitely not what I expected after paying for a subscription.

What made it even more frustrating was how hard they make it to cancel. There’s no option in your account to just cancel — you have to message them, wait for a reply, and then they send you a separate link to go through another process. It’s way more complicated than it should be.

I reached out, but no one got back to me for over a week. And by the time they finally responded, I’d already been charged again. I tried to sort it out with them, but they refused to give me a refund — even though the service barely worked. In the end, I had no choice but to dispute it through my bank.

Also, a quick mention of Alex from their team — the support was slow and not helpful at all. Overall, just a really frustrating experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t recommend.

They refuse to respond and help me with removing my profile on their website. I´ve contacted them many times and they just ghost me.

So now I have a profile on their website against my will.

Completely fraudulent platform! Do not trust them! I spent $300 to purchase 3 UGC videos, with a promise to deliver the videos within a week after the product arrived, but now a month has passed and they have completely stopped responding! You can't find any information about their company! There is no contact information available. They are now giving me the cold shoulder, and I've found that I'm not the only one who has encountered this issue! It's supposed to be an intermediary platform selling a service, yet there is no service at all! Your god will not bless you. Liars!!!!!
