Great Video with good text!

terrible UCG video, takes forever to receive it. You have to emailed them multiple time in order to get your video, although they advertised only some business days to deliver. The creator DID NOT follow any instructions nor scripts you provided. The creator even mentioned another brand in my video and she filmed my video in front of her toilet. Also she flipped her video and shows my product writing in wrong direction. Terrible experience.
I emailed them more than 10 times to ask them to revise or refund and return my product, they keep silent, no response and EAT $150 for 1 trash video + the expensive product I sent (although they said product will be return with prepaid label). Such a scammer.

Been awesome for my online e-commerce store !

Not only delivered the 3 videos fast, but also great quality. I’ve already placed my 2nd order.

Great service from BandsOffAds. I can highly recommend them.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. It can definitely be a lot better and improved. I would’ve gave them a 2 star because the content was somewhat acceptable for what I needed. However, the ad they provided and scrip wasn’t compliant with Meta which then led to my account getting permanently disabled.

I would’ve thought this company and their team would check their scripts to ensure compliance before typing it out and sending the ad to the customer but no, this isn’t apart of their procedure.

I hope they implement this soon as well as a better support team for communications. I have received any confirmations about my order. No updates on what stage it’s in. I haven’t received anything! This is still ongoing from

August 17th when the order was placed. It’s currently September 6th with nothing resolved.

They can definitely be a lot better until they fix those things they will not have my money.

Hopefully they improve soon. Be wary of your decisions.

Here was my order number for reference: #A973D9F2

Although there was not much video footage to work with Alex made it work. and followed my directions perfectly.

Unreal job guys, really happy with the videos. Will definitely recommend.

Highly recommend BandsOffAds, good customer service and very responsive, pretty much what i ask they deliver.

Fast and easy to use, I think the best part is they give you an edit on the final product free of charge. Overall the simplicity of their service is amazing!

Great Ad video exceeded my expectation, looking forward to high conversations

Very fast process and some really cool content

Scam! I ordered 3 videos the videos were HORRIBLE, had a lot of back and forth to get the modifications needed done. On top of that they charged me more than they should and have promised a refund 3 weeks ago then completely dissapeared. I have emailed them over 10 times with 0 replies. What a dissapointment. Not even sure how this is legal.

Fast delivery time

Great experience would highly recommend

The video quality and voice over are good but you use the same person for different video

Were very professional and delivered on time

Easy to follow, clear instructions and best of all my videos came within 1-2 days! I highly recommend BandOffAds for anyone just starting video creation - they will be my go to for all my videos!
