I use Badvin all the time for my work in investigating car purchases for clients. I find the information to typically be more complete than CarFax or AutoCheck alone--the information tends to be a combination of both of those services. Buying one report is obviously more cost effective than buying two. Also, you never get the level of auction detail from CarFax or Autocheck as Badvin provides. Access to the auction price and sale date, as well as photos (when available) is invaluable when trying to determine whether a car is worth the price asked.

I appreciate the detailed information on the cars that each report provides, the reports really inform decision-making before purchasing a used vehicle. The value of the reports are well worth the investment.

First time on this site. Overall, not very impressed with the customer service. Immediately following payment for 10 reports, I was invoiced for an erroneous VIN. This specific report was for an Escalade I did NOT even view, let alone request a report on. When I contacted customer service through this site's A.I. chat, I was notified that a rep was online and when I requested credit for this erroneous report, I was notified it would take several moments for him to correct. That was more than an hour ago. When I then sent a bank of question marks (meaning I was getting impatient) I still did not hear back. In fact, I have minimized that screen and here we are, now going on two hours and still NOTHING! This is not what I expected and unless corrected, I will not be using this service again once I have used all my remaining credits.

You keep repeating the same sale 39 separate times!! what kind of information is this? It is defiantly not useful!

Horrible bait and switch. Promised pictures of my supposedly wrecked vehicle (it hasn't been, I'm intimately familiar with the history of it) then showed me pictures of a completely different car. Terrible company with terrible practices.

I would have liked to have seen the auction price.. but I did receive good info.

BADVIN is useless. The information provided is based on typical but not specific to the vehicle you pay for. Received descent info on an Audi, info was poor on the Mini Cooper. They charge you for what you get for free on dealers site and the dealer has more accurate info. Don't waste your money on BADVIN

I love the idea I can see what a car was purchased for from dealer to dealer. Unfortunately, I received the same information we get from a standard carfax report. None the less, I don't think it was worth the $9.99 I paid for the Badvin report.

This report is totally joke. No details provided, just reported mileage on few days. Tried chatting with Mike on website and he never responded for 20 or minutes. Very pathetic. I will claim my refund for a sloppy service and provided no report.

Terrible!! The VIN Report is great and with lots of info, but nowhere in any buy page, confirmation page, confirmation email they mention anything on 1 month access only to the report. You will find out the 1 month, after you try to access your report again and you have to pay another $9.99 as it's on their FAQ.
It's great to keep on your FAQ, but it should be very well highlighted in every buy and confirmation page.
I would not have paid $9.99 for only 1 month access.

Payed the amount on the vin. checked vin 3 times to make sure it was right. website messed up and gave me the wrong car. so frustrating.
