Did not have a problem charging my card for 3 premium reports, however I copy pasted a vin number, and the number on the report was NOT the right vin, I can’t get a hold of anybody for support, and that wasted one of my vin checks, and still can’t get the information I need. As it’s still trying to say I haven’t bought any reports.

I purchased a report for the vehicle 5TFUY5F11AX114993 and did not get the report on the day of the card number 7085

The basic report is a total waste of money, less information than I already had. I'd happily accept a refund, but there doesn't seem to be an option for refunds. No satisfaction guaranteed here.

Access to the exact records, it appears. And photos, along with auction prices. Awesome!

Not that impressed. I thought i would get some more detailed information but it was nothing different than the free Carfax i looked at. Not worth the price.

Quick and simple, supported apple pay and gave me all the info I needed. Have used in the past and will use again!

the report doesn't provide any benefit information about car damage and give u fake pictures.

Paid for the report and received info on another VIN that I didn’t enter. This site seems to be no good.

There was nothing on this history that was not already available on carfax.com or lexus history report.

I was hoping for more information. I was hoping to get info like towing capacity. The way your site looks you get that info. I already know it has a trailer hitch. So if you want to know where it came from then use this site. If you want some detailed info then go somewhere else. I should have known better. That's probably why they don't take paypal. Too many complaints.

I paid $20 for three reports. Don't waste your money. You get the same information for free on a free carfax report.

page is difficult to navigate. would not recommend. not accident reports . paid for 3 reports and site trying to charge me more money for my additional reports. paid $20 for 1 garbage report.

I specifically typed in my VIN number on Google honestly out of boredom. I seen BADVIN pop up and I got nervous as I just purchased my vehicle 6 months ago. After paying for the report I realized I was scammed because the car they were referring to and the Vin didn't even match although I ensured I put the correct Vin in atLEAST 3 times PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
