We are UK based software company that uses BackupVault to backup multiple SQL Database files that need to be protected and easily retrievable.
This software ticks all the boxes and the support is fantastic.

We found BackupVault when searching for a tool to backup our Google Workspace, as they don't do it. We are a UK based structured cabling company (although we work worldwide) so for GDPR, we needed everything to be totally secure.

From the moment I contacted them I had excellent support - from the initial sales information right through to support when getting everything setup. The 30 day free trial meant that we could test the usability.

Easy and Comprehensive. We are a software company and our staff are geographically dispersed, so having a centrally administered, cloud-based backup for our data is crucial. I was able to install and test the backup for our Mail, SharePoint and OneDrives easily and quickly - and I am not a techie guru either! Decided to move Backup to remote online from hard local storage in order to minimise any loss due to fire, theft etc.
Have employee information included in backups so needed a UK based provider with data encryption and GDPR compliance.
Rob was extremely helpful, setup a free trial along with free tech support from Fred.
The system was user friendly enough that no tech support required.
First full total system Backup took a while but subsequent incremental backups have been very fast.
I am very pleased with the solution and would have no hesitation in recommending it.
