Pedro was fantastic
Pedro was fantastic. We were not sure how many islands to visit. I told Pedro what we were looking for and he made 2 different itineraries for us. After we picked one we requested several changes. Each time he was quick to make a new itinerary. I highly recommend them as a travel agency.

Great customer service re booking
I haven’t been on the trip yet but so far my experience with the customer service representative, Beatriz, in making the reservation for the trip has been excellent so far. She gave me her honest opinion about the package and choice of accommodations which is much appreciated!

After a basic enquiry I was emailed with a suggested itinerary which was absolutely perfect for our needs. Tailor made for us. I had asked for a similar itinerary from a bigger travel company but they were unable to facilitate my request. My contacts were super efficient and answered all my questions quickly. Our experience was great, because every detail was worked up front with true honesty. If I forgot to ask or mention a special event that I wanted to participate and guidelines for the trip, I was always replied with in a short time.
