Easy communication to an agent, friendly service. The post booking material received promptly and we appreciated being able to split the payment into two transactions (simple and effective process). It did feel a bit rushed, like the agent was busy. Would have appreciated knowing a little more about all the "you need to know", for instance if parking was available or provided at our accommodations since the package comes with car rentals, etc. It would have been nice to be able to specify rooms with 2 beds as we are friends travelling, not a couple. I guess we'll have to hope all that is doable on site!

The advance planning package was a perfect blend of security and freedom, prebooked hotels and cars. With great breakfasts and nice rooms we were ready do see the wonderful sights of the Azores. We have at times been overwhelmed by planning details while travelling in Italy and Spain so the planning of Azores Getaways took out all the worry and left all the fun.

The booking process was easy, the representative that I spoke to was polite and helpful.

The agent was very helpful on the phone. She adjusted our itinerary for us and searched for the best price. She even found a better flight. The follow up information sent was great - we still have the trip to come, so I can only comment on the easy booking process.

They got back to me very quickly and were able to answer all of my questions. Booking was seamless.

We told them what we wanted and they arranged everything for us from upgraded airline seats to ground experiences. They also gave us an itinerary of how we should do the experiences.
