Just waste of time and sharing your information . My own bank prove my loan with in a minute and i have tried Ayan for halal loan , its took 3 days for them to decide and refuse . Its nor fair . I think its not realy helping people to get halal loan . Its just a business .

Finance made easy and accessible
Ayan were easy to deal with and their finance approval process is very smooth. When buying my car, all the paperwork and transactions with the dealership were sorted within a couple of hours. Overall I had a good experience!

Ayan Capital provided an excellent service from start to finish. Brother Akram, in particular, was incredibly helpful and patient. When I needed more time or wasn’t sure about certain details, he reassured me and guided me through everything clearly. Communication was smooth and convenient, whether through WhatsApp or phone calls, and he was always available when needed.
The financing process was explained thoroughly — from how it works to what they charge — along with clear monthly payment breakdowns. They even went out of their way to support me beyond what I expected.
I had looked into other halal finance companies before, but Ayan Capital truly stood out. They handled the financing for my BMW quickly and professionally. Honestly, I think they’re the best in the market.

Not Genuine Islamic Finance – Important Risk Details to Understand
I contacted Ayan Capital because they advertise their car finance as “Islamic.” The staff were polite and responsive, but after discussing the details, it became clear that the agreement is not structured according to recognised Islamic finance principles, and I think it’s important that other Muslims understand this before signing anything.
A major issue is the way risk is handled. In authentic Islamic contracts like murabaha or ijarah, the seller/financier must take ownership risk until the asset is transferred. With Ayan Capital, however:
• All mechanical risk is placed on the buyer from day one,
• If the car needs major repairs, they told me the monthly instalments will increase,
• Meaning the buyer is effectively penalised for problems with a car they don’t fully own yet.
This structure contradicts the basic fiqh requirement that the seller carries ownership risk during the finance period. When I raised this point, the explanation I received did not align with any recognised Sharia-compliant models, and the burden of risk remained entirely on me.
To be fair, the team are polite, and they seem to believe in what they are offering. But this product should not be marketed as “Islamic finance” when it does not follow the principles of risk-sharing, transparency, or ownership responsibility required in Islamic contracts.
Key concerns potential buyers should be aware of:
• Monthly payments can increase if the car develops major faults
• Buyer bears all repair liability, even before ownership transfers
• No supporting reference to an established Islamic finance framework
• The structure resembles conventional finance with a different label
I’m not saying the company is acting in bad faith, but Muslims looking for a genuinely halal solution should seek qualified scholarly advice and read the terms very carefully.
I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

Please allow us to address the core issues you have highlighted in your review.
1. “There is no reference to an established Islamic model.”
Our agreements strictly follow AAOIFI standards and were developed with senior scholars, including Mufti Muhammad Ibrahim Essa, who teaches at Darul Uloom Karachi under the guidance of Mufti Taqi Usmani. This is an Ijara/leasing structure prepared according to a globally recognised Shariah standard (AAOIFI SS9).
2. “This resembles conventional finance.”
Conventional finance is based specifically on interest. Interest-based outcomes are especially obvious when the customers are late with their payments.
We do not charge riba, we do not have any late payment fees, and we only earn through a clear, fixed rental – after Ayan purchases the car and takes ownership risk. The ownership is then transferred at the end under a separate contract, as required in Ijara wa Iqtina.
The next section also highlights ownership risks that Ayan takes, some of which conventional lenders may share, but not all.
3. “Ayan does not bear ownership risk”
Some examples of ownership risk Ayan takes:
- If something happens to the vehicle prior to delivery to the customer – this is Ayan’s risk and responsibility to resolve.
- If the car is written off, at no fault of the customer, and insurance does not fully cover any remaining balance on the car, Ayan absorbs the shortfall.
- In personal use car finance, if the car had an inherent fault at the time of purchase, Ayan repairs it or deals with the dealer at Ayan’s cost.
- In personal use car finance, the customer may return the vehicle after paying half the total contract amount and terminate the agreement – the outstanding balance on the car will be Ayan’s risk.
Furthermore, in this scenario, if the car is sold at a profit – Ayan returns the profit to the customer.
4. “Buyer bears all repair liability.”
As outlined in AAOIFI SS9 5/1/5, “major” repairs/defects (i.e. engine failure due to inherent defect) belong to the lessor, whilst usage-related costs (i.e. fuel and tyres), and repairs on the vehicle that arise out of their own misconduct, would belong to the customer (AAOIFI SS9 5/1/6).
In practically handling major repairs, there are two valid approaches:
Option A (our current model - agreed upon with the customer before purchase):
A smaller rental today, and if a major repair occurs, Ayan finances it with both parties agreeing to a higher future rental - as permitted in AAOIFI SS9 5/2/5.
Option B (currently being developed):
A higher rental today so that any major repair is fully covered by Ayan, with no change in future payments.
Once option B is developed, customers will be able to choose between the two according to their preference, before signing their agreement.

Halal Car Finance by letter and spirit
Most Halal finance places are halal in name, contract but in spirit, repayments are completely extortionate and make you consider the haram options as more attractive. Ayan Capital however, is a lifesaver and a god-send. May they be rewarded in this life and the next for providing me and others with the opportunity to purchase a vehicle on a compliant finance package that actually works out cheaper than going to interest-based finance companies. On a 10% APR deal, which was lower than Close Brothers offering 12.9% for comparison.
Very respectful team, and they made the process of securing the finance very quick and simple. I would recommend to Muslims and Non-Muslims alike.
