Fabulous products at great prices. I compared these guys to lots of white good retailers and they were by far cheaper. Delivery was prompt and drivers had a lovely warm attitude. Can’t fault them… will be back again . Thanks team AW.

I’ve just bought the biggest domestic fridge freezer I’ve ever seen, ex display, at a great price and not a mark on it!
I just want to add that the delivery team of Faz and Muj were brilliant, careful and considerate, and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely guys. All round excellent experience.

I purchased an appliance from this outlet, exceptionally good quality and a great service was offered from purchase, delivery to installing. I am highly satisfied and have had a great experience shopping here.

Faulty appliances ,Been waiting 6 months

I had a great experience at AW Appliance Outlet. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer all my questions, offered honest advice, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

I haven’t had a chance to use the appliances yet, but based on the level of service alone, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store. Great customer care makes all the difference—and they definitely delivered.

From start to finish brilliant service couldn't do enough to accommodate me really a friendly feel went above and beyond wat an experience thx 👍

Full marks to AW for the product and service. The initial freezer wasn’t the right size (my fault) but they took it away and replaced it with one that has been fine ever since. Overall, v trustworthy and easy to deal with. Fully recommend.

Great service as described many thanks

Great service from the beginning!! Friendly and helpful staff. They took their time to find the right products. The advice offered was very useful and supported me with making my purchase. Items were brand new and packed in original packaging when delivered. Drivers were super friendly too. Overall experience was excellent!! I purchased two appliances a few years ago and went back now for the appliances for my new kitchen. They’ve built my trust and I feel confident shopping there again. Thank you!

AW were great. They couldn't have been more helpful in helping me chose my appliances and getting them delivered to me on my desired date.
I would recommend them every time.
