Colin was initially hired to repoint two chimneys due to leaks during heavy rain. However, Storm Darragh caused additional damage to my roof, including missing ridge and roof tiles, and Colin adjusted the quote accordingly.

I appreciated Colin's use of a drone to accurately identify areas of concern on my tall house. He also suggested keeping the scaffolding up after the repointing to ensure it resolved the leak issue. It turned out that there was additional damage under the tiles, which Colin promptly repaired.

I was impressed with Colin's promptness in replying to my queries, the professional quote with warranty/guarantee, his willingness to replace the red tiles with the same color despite the difficulty in locating them, and his quick return to complete the additional repairs.

I will definitely be asking Colin to quote on future work that needs to be done on my house.

Contracted to have work done and deposit taken for this. Half of the job was performed (paid in full) leaving the other half outstanding for which a deposit had been paid. After E-Mail communication about the other half of the job (and ordering materials) was then told by AWC they had made the 'difficult decision' to breach the contract. The deposit for the half of the job that was not completed has been returned.
Perhaps a word of warning to all that an accepted quote and payment of a deposit does not mean AWC will actually do the work at the end of the day.

The work was completed to a high standard & I was kept informed of the progress from beginning to end. Photos of what needed attention followed up by a video of the completed work with an explanation was excellent.
Colin was easy to deal with, he responded quickly & the work was done within the planned time scale .

Colin was superb from start to finish. The render soft wash work was done to a high standard, very clean and the outcome was outstanding. The price was also competitive

AWC kept in regular contact regarding the job I asked them to do (put a new roof on a brick shed, replacing the door, and bricking up a no longer needed window. The job was completed quickly, efficiently, and to a high standard. I will definitely use this company again.

A great company that produces good quality work. I was really pleased that I was kept up to date with text messages to say what was happening. If you have had any work done by other tradesman you know have rare this is.They kept the place tidy and were careful not to damage any plants, again not something that you would expect. Really pleased, so I would really recommend.

Colin and his team at AWC have undertaken a number of projects for us. Their communication and workmanship are excellent and we will certainly be using AWC again in the future.

It’s sometimes hard to find good tradespeople and this is why I think it important to let others know when you do. I asked for some work to be done on our house and AWC were quick to respond. From the get go their customer service was like a breath of fresh air. They were professional, punctual, competitive and best of all, they did exactly what was asked for and agreed upon. Both Ben and Colin delivered and I will certainly call on them again when needed. I highly recommend their services and you can be confident in their ability to deliver on whatever is agreed upon. Excellent work completed by Colin, Ben & Ash. We had a drainage system laid in our lawn and under our patio (all dug up and invisibly replaced) plus our utility room and outside toilet insulated, boarded and painted. Diligent, efficient, professional, clean and tidy. We'll definitely be using them for other work in the future.
