I think this is a fake company/ scam. I believe all these positive reviews are fake. Don't give them your money!

Do not order from Averie Sleepwear. I ordered 11 weeks ago, haven’t received anything and the company does not respond to emails. Scam!!!

Beautiful fabric, great fit, very flattering. I'm 5'8 145 lbs. I bought large and am very please with the fit from bust to coverage across the bottom. Well worth the cost for a swim swim that looks great and will wear well.

I placed an order in January for three suits and was quoted a 6-8 week “pre-order” time to delivery. Eight weeks came and went with no update and no merchandise. I followed up with Customer service and was told that it “was taking longer because of the details on the suit” and was given a new delivery estimate that would have put me in the 12-14 week window from the time of order placed. I asked to cancel, and was told I would receive an official confirmation and refund within three business days. It has been ten days and I’ve received neither. I have initiated a dispute and chargeback with my credit card company. This is a pretty blatant fraud/scam.

I was amazed when i received my PJs. They came is a great tote bag, which is great when travelling. They are so comfortable and beautifully made. The design is great, the cuff on the leg adds just enough weight that they hang nicely and don’t ride up your leg. I am very happy with my order. So happy, that i went on-line and ordered a few pairs that i plan to give as gifts.

I would NEVER recommend buying from this brand.
It does feel like a scam !! Customer service is horrible, all they do is to buy time ...

Total scam. Terrible customer service. I ordered a swimsuit 8 weeks ago. Website said 6-8 for delivery. Customer service is MIA except to tell me to continue waiting. They cannot provide a ship date or even an estimate. They excuse their bad service by telling me that they’re “a new start up” but I can clearly see they’ve been at this scam for nearly two years.

6-8 weeks for “custom swimsuits” is just to extend the time they can keep your credit card payment and discourage you from disputing the charge. Anyone writing positive reviews here is likely affiliated with the company and is absolutely not a real customer. Their Instagram and Facebook pages are full of comments from people in the same situation as me.

It is by far the best and most beautifull PJ that I ever had. It is sooo pretty and well made. It is easy to wash and I dont have to iron it. Fantastic ! I will get more....

Scam. Order never received. No word from customer support. Charged $110 for a swimsuit in early January. It’s now late March. Customer support won’t reply. They say their queue is backed up from covid. What nonsense. Covid has been going over for over two years, who is blaming the pandemic for their lack of response in March of 2022? I now have to dispute this charge with my credit card and try to get my money backs

When I wrote to ask when my nightshirt would be delivered, Averie responded right away, telling me when to expect it and how to track the package. I received the nightshirt and am so happy with the print and the quality of workmanship. I love the personal response from Averie and intend to shop there again very soon.

This was my first time buying from Averie. I love the bathing suit I got. The fabric feels awesome. Can't wait to go on vacation.

I ordered this swimsuit/bodysuit with Mardi Gras in mind so long ago I honestly almost forgot about it. To be clear, Averie said it was a pre-order and would thus not ship for months. But, the product looked SO beautiful online so I crossed my fingers and took the plunge anyway (I was not familiar with Averie prior to this).

The suit arrived in the mail the night before we traveled right as I was finishing packing… Serendipitous! I gasped when I opened it and tried it right on. It’s perfect! Fabric and pattern is gorgeous, even better than the pictures, which I feel like seldom happens. Fit could not be better. I am typically a small but sized up based on other reviews; the medium is ideal. Lightly padded cups with just the right amount of plunge, cutest little fluttery sleeves, super high quality fabric (made from recycled water bottles!) in a bad ass party girl pattern. LOVE it! I wore it out the very next night and—I’m not kidding—my girls friends all squealed when they saw it, it’s that good.

I’ve had some pretty lame experiences with blind shopping online with a company I’m unfamiliar with. My Averie experience was the exact opposite: a delightful surprise and total treat. I’ll be back! Xx

I ordered the most adorable swimsuit and when I ordered it, I knew it would not ship until mid-February. I reached out to a service representative, and they made sure my swimsuit arrived on time before an upcoming trip. The suit is unique, well made, and I absolutely love the unique fit. I cannot wait to order more items!

My product is GORGEOUS! I emailed customer service when it seemed like the shipping was taking a long time and I was very happy that they responded promptly and courteously. Shipping took as long as they said it would for a custom made item, and I am happy to have waited because - again - my product is absolutely beautiful.

Ordered a custom swimsuit, and LOVE it! The website was clear in that they only make what’s ordered which I love! Less waste 🤍 Their communication was clear on when to expect my swimsuit. I did email customer service once just to get an update because I wanted to take my new purchase on an upcoming trip. They were prompt in their response and super helpful! I received an email once shipped, and my purchase arrived on time! I LOVE the swimsuit. The fabric is high quality and the print is so special. The fit is great! I’ve got some curves but the medium fits great, a little cheeky (just as a heads up) but looks great. I’m so pleased and looking forward to my next purchase already! 🤍
