Love this company! Their products are great quality, aesthetically pleasing, and loved by all kids. I had a unique return situation around the holidays, and their customer service was top notch - responsive, kind, helpful.

Update: After posting this review and escalating the issue, Avenlur issued my refund. However, this only occurred after prolonged silence and public pressure. Communication was still handled poorly, and I stand by my original experience.

I DO NOT recommend buying from Avenlur. I initially received my product, but when I purchased the climbing wall and monkey bars, I realized they couldn’t be used together as advertised.

At first, Avenlur seemed helpful. They offered a full refund if I returned the items, no cost to me. I shipped the package the very next day using their provided label. They said my refund would be processed once the package was in transit.

But after that, they completely stopped responding. Despite multiple emails and a website chat, I’ve heard nothing since the package was delivered to another customer, per their request. My $400 refund has not been issued, and there’s been zero communication.

It’s shocking how fast they were to ship my item to someone else but impossible to get a refund. I am filing a chargeback with my credit card.

Beware: this company takes your money and disappears. Do not trust them.

Disappointed with this company. My 6-month-old son weighs about 15 pounds and used it only a handful of times when it suddenly broke. This was not due to misuse — it failed during normal, light use by a baby well within the weight limit.
I immediately contacted customer service and was instructed to email support with photos, which I did over a week ago. I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. For a product meant for infant safety, both the quality and the lack of customer support are unacceptable.

100% satisfied with this product. The customer service was incredible. Our representative, Precious was incredibly helpful and responded to my emails immediately. I don’t remember the last time I was this happy with a company. They went above and beyond to accommodate our request for the product. The item we purchased didn’t have the accessories we thought came with it at no fault of Avenlur and without hesitation they shipped the accessories to us. It was so generous and we couldn’t be happier!

We received our Sycamore jungle gym as a gift for Christmas this year and my toddler is absolutely obsessed. We spent a long time trying to find the perfect set to replace the old broken down one we had and I can’t recommend this one enough! The gym itself is sturdy and easy to put together with clear instructions(took my husband about 6 hours total by himself). Their customer service is also incredible! Nothing makes me want to continue to purchase more products from a store like good customer service. We had a piece that was broken and the week of Christmas customer service was so quick to respond and send out a new piece so we could complete the build.

Such a great company to work with. I ordered an item as a Christmas gift. I had never dealt with this company before but the item I ordered was a gift request. FedEx advised they delivered the item but they did not deliver to my address. I sent an email to Avenlur the next day advising I did not get the item. The next day I received an email from them that they were shipping me another one. The very next day, another delivery service dropped the new delivery right at my door. (2 days from when I alerted them to the issue) I could not believe how quick they were to respond to my dilemma and how fast the next order was delivered. They were very quick with their response and very pleasant to work with. I can’t say enough! Thank you so much!

What a fantastic company! I just spoke to Myla in customer service, who was so professional and helpful. I had made a mistake in my order, and she was extremely understanding and truly amazing. Not only does this company offer great products, but it also provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I have been interested in purchasing an indoor jungle gym from Avenlur for quite some time. During the excitement of the sale rush, we accidentally ordered a set that wouldn’t fit our space. Naturally, we were a bit apprehensive about reaching out, unsure how the company would handle a return or exchange.

Thankfully, the experience exceeded our expectations. The customer service representative, Myla, was incredibly kind and accommodating. She took the time to listen, asked all the right questions, and once she learned that the product hadn’t been opened, she provided clear and straightforward instructions for the return process. Thanks to her help, we’re now looking forward to receiving a setup that works perfectly for our family.

*Update— I finally received help from customer service after leaving comments on some of their social media posts. Myla eventually called and had an entirely new sand table shipped to me. Still not sure why all my messages and attempts to get a resolution went unanswered before this, but I am adjusting my review from 1 to 3 stars, as I feel others should still be aware of the missing parts, quality, and potential for not getting help from customer service. It shouldn’t take a year to get assistance.*

Missing parts, poor quality, worse customer service. We purchased the sand table as well as one of the climbing gyms about a year ago, and both were missing parts. The climbing gym was missing rope, and I needed it for Christmas, so I bought some at the store myself. The sandbox was missing the side box. I reached out to customer service, and never heard back. Reached out a few more times, never heard back. Then, the wood bench on the sand table starting chipping and peeling, after only being outside (in summer) for 3 months. I’ve since reached out multiple times about the missing parts and the poor quality, but have not received any help. One time (yes, one) I was able to get a hold of someone who said they’d help. They told me to send the part names that I needed replaced. So I did, but never heard back. So at this point, it’s been about a year, and still nothings been resolved. Lastly, I tried writing a review on their website months ago, and it was never published so they obviously filter their reviews to only publish good ones. Do not buy from this company. I do not recommend them or their products.

Bought the jungle gym ahead of Black Friday, even though I won't have the space for it until Christmas - at the earliest. Its price dropped £33 the second day after its arrival. Gutted at the time then remembered there was this Holiday Price Math Guarantee thing. Contacted the customer service, took a little bit time for them to get back to me due to time difference, but refund was issued within the day. Really good experience. Still haven't opened the box yet, so can't comment on the product - hopefully it's as good as their customer service.

I got the Avenlur Toddler Tower. My 13 month old loves to stand on it and also sit on it when it has been turned into a desk. He wasn't standing independently but after using the tower, he seems to be standing more and more. It's also very easy to wipe down after he's had snacks while on it. So far, I love it.

Had a part failure on our swing. Myla was exceptional assisting is getting a replacement. Thank you Myla!

Our little daughter has enjoyed the 7-in-1 play set for 3 years. She pretty much plays with it daily. It is so much fun for her. We do like the sturdy quality. Since she is getting more weights, which causes the swing rope starting to tear. We contacted Avenlur support team which is able to send us a replacement of the swing. That is excellent customer service. We highly recommend Avenlur’s playground.

We were gifted a hazel set from Avenlur for our 2 year olds birthday. Unfortunately the porch pirates got to it before we could. We were lucky enough to work with Myla. They helped us the best way they could and we are extremely grateful. Very excited for our toddler to play on the set.

I received an 8-in-1 jungle gym as a gift from a friend. It was a used item, so some parts were missing. I contacted the Avenlur Consumer Service Center, and surprisingly, they quickly located the parts then solved the problem .
I believe trust is crucial when it comes to children's products. This company is a great example of how much they care about their customers, not just their sales. Thank you !!

I purchased the 8 in 1 indoor playset, I’ve had it for 2 years now and it has held up great! My kids love it! It is amazing especially during rainy season when we don’t go to the parks, we have a park right here in our living room :) I actually have lost a few screws and they were super helpful with replacing them! Would definitely purchase from here again

We got the Avenlur Swedish wall after seeing it at our daughters school. We figured it would be a great way for her to get her energy out especially during the winter months and it did not disappoint.

In terms of assembly and mounting, I left this up to the contractors who were doing a lot of work on our house. It was definitely no simple task. 2 of them did it in a few hours. I would not have been able to do it but I’m not handy at all.

But now that it is up it is so worth it. She is having the best time and she now asks to go to her room and play. The wall is very high quality and sturdy. So is the optional mat and the sensory swing The customer service is great. We were missing a strap for the swing and they shipped it out same day ups without blinking an eye. I truly recommend this wall. I truly recommend these products. Truly worth it
