Ordered a beautiful sweater I saw on their website. When I received it it was not even a sweater. It was a very cheap material and looked nothing like the picture in the website. Tried to return, it took 4 attempts for someone to get back to me. My options were to ship (at my cost) back to china or keep and take a 15% credit. I figured I was better taking the credit. Still waiting on that credit.

do not purchase anything from this organization. The clothes are misrepresented and are manufactured in China. They are cheap, not even close to the look and quality of what they had on their website. To return the items you must return them to china which can $75 to insure through USPS.
Total fake store and unreliable customer service. I have asked for a partial refund and they don't even respond. Stay away!

There should be a negative star option because I never even received my order, a Christmas present for my daughter.

Appears to be a false storefront. Made to look like a mother and daughter shop in Atlanta, given the picture on home page.
I ordered two embroidered, thick knit sweaters and received 2 thin synthetic tops with printed design. They require you to send an email to request a return, and you are responsible for paying to send to CHINA.
In my case, they never responded to my return request, and as I look more closely at website, it looks like a complete scam.
Kicking myself for not looking up independent reviews on this storefront that were not on the website itself. I would give it a zero rating of possible.

Huge scam site out of China. Do not believe the mother-daughter small business. I ordered two embroidered sweaters. I got two polyester screen-printed turtlenecks. Nothing was what I ordered online. And now I have to pay for shipping BACK TO CHINA! Someone gave me an "address" but it includes these directions:

No shipping label. Nothing. They did offer me a whopping 15% refund if I chose to keep everything. Absolutely not. The clothes are the worst and I would have never purchased had I known. Yes, I read the website, but it's just the worst all the way around.

This should be a ZERO! Ordered a sweater which they couldn’t deliver because address not found. The address was correct. Wouldn’t refund my money.

I reported this company to the FBI fraud dept. If others do as well it might get some traction. Unfortunately it is an online complaint system. Call your congressmen as well.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. What a shame of a company that I stupidly fell for. Ordered a sweater (clearly a knit sweater pic on their website). What I got shipped from China was a T-shirt & not a thick one at that!! To try to return it is looking impossible & I may have to ship BACK to China - more money than it would be worth. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Hint: if you don't see store info or other "sketchy" online presence, RUN!

This is a scam! I bought several sweaters, and received cheap, silky like tops with a similar print!! It’s pitiful! I followed instructions to return and received a response that they would offer me 15% as an alternative, environmentally friendly option. Or, I could return to China at my cost. Note, the shipping label said the items were coming from New York!! And, the fake store (with fake reviews apparently) was in Augusta, Ga. Do not purchase from Ava and June. (Advertised on Instagram).

I was drawn to Ava and June's website by their welcoming story about a mother-daughter business and their Winter Sale promotion. The marketing created the impression of a small, family-run business committed to quality, which encouraged me to make a purchase.
I ordered a sweater that appeared in the product photos to be a knitted design with stitched floral details.
The sweater I received was significantly different from what was pictured. Instead of the knitted fabric with stitched embellishments shown online, I received a printed polyester turtleneck of noticeably poor quality.
The discrepancy between the marketing imagery and the actual product was substantial enough that I felt misled. As a result, I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company. Do NOT purchase from this retailer.

I received my “sweater” with the grey background and embroider florals today! It is not a sweater, it is a jersey and florals are not embroidered that are stamped on! I am so disappointed. If this was as advertised, I would have ordered other styles but now I will not order from them ever again!

This company is a total scam. Took my money then states they have no record of it.
Asked for my email thru an email to my EMAIL. BUYER BEWARE. After several heated emails, GOT an order number from them now they say there's no record. Shame on them. Can they be reported to the Attorney General of Georgia.

I would give this ZERO stars if I could - beware this is a fake image of a shop front in Augusta that does not exist, You will get items worth less than a $ sent to you that are printed copies of the beautiful embroidered sweaters you see. you will not hear from their customer service team and it is not a simple return in 30 days if not satisfied, the small print on website insists you return to china at your own cost! despite shipping from LA.

Super cheaply made. Print on polyester, not knit as advertised. Awful and ugly.

product not anything like the picture, not soft knit at all. have emailed for info on how to return still waiting. if not received by end of credit card billing will file dispute. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I purchased this sweater back at the end of December. It finally came today and it was a total bait and switch. I got something that looks like nothing in the picture that would cost $10.00 and I paid over $54.00. When you try to return it they will credit you 15% back so you don't have to ship it back to CHINA. Do not buy from them!!!

The sweater that I order had lovely embroidery on it and looked well-crafted and thoughtfully made.

What I received instead was a polyester sweatshirt with no embroidery, instead the designs were printed on the shirt.

I have written to this company twice with no response. I am going to contact my credit card company next. I have tried reporting the Facebook page, but Facebook won't take down the ads.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! This store is a scam. I ordered a sweater and got a long sleeve t-shirt! To get a refund they’re telling me that I need to ship the package back to China! That will probably cost more than my refund would be. They’ve got quite the con going!
