This is a Chinese scam. No locations in the US. I tried to return a dress . It was not as described. Return policy states “ hassle free”. You have to return to Central China.
Quality was poor. I ordered a midi dress and got a mini dress. Stay away

It took 1-2 months to receive my dress. When it finally arrived, less than one week before the event I ordered it for, it was way too short. The picture showed a full length dress but it came to my shins. Then I realized to return it I would have to pay to ship it back to China, so of course I kept it and will try to sell it on Facebook Marketplace. Very disappointing!

All items from China. No ease in returning wrong items - must wait 30+ days for any refund as they go back to China, nothing from Savannah. "Polite" emails are a fraud and do nothing but encourage a "last offer" for keep the wrong items and we will give you 50%.
Took more than 4 weeks to arrive, sizing extremely off.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR WEBSITE AND SERVICE PROMISES

There is no such store as Hazel and Ruth in Savanah. The products they send out are directly from China. The quality is very poor. Do not believe the story written on their webpage. This is a total rip-off. They sent me the wrong sweater and the jacket was supposed to be wool, which it is not. I have been trying now for 3 weeks to return the items and I have not gotten a decent reply.

Do not buy from them. I received an item that looked nothing in person like the photo on their website. Trying to get this resolved had been impossible. They aren’t even in the USA.

TOTAL SCAM. Sweater I ordered online that looked so nice was CRAP. And then only half a refund. SOMEONE SHOULD REPORT THESE FOLKS-DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

They are a complete fraud. They are not located in the states as they proclaim. It most likely another Chinese based scamming company. The sweater I ordered would fit a child, not a womens large and the colors were misrepresented.
The Return shipping was half the cost of my original order and to exchange, they say there's no cost, but you have to pay to ship it back.

Horrible company. They are not in Savannah. They are in China. They tried make me pay to return a sweater that was made in China with the sleeves aren’t even in the right place. They want me to pay international to return to China. If you buy from them, you might as well figure out that it’s garbage and you won’t get your money back.

I thought it was a boutique in Savannah, GA, yet what I purchased came from China and took a long time to get to me. It said it was a Mohair Sweater and in the label is written 100% Polyester. It was 69.95 and it's not worth $10, it is a piece of junk doesn't look like the photo on their website. Now I have to return it to China and pay for international shipping and any duty.

This company is not what it seems. The quality is terrible. Returns are very expensive and difficult. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company operates as a boutique shop in Savannah, Georgia, but there is no physical store. The order came from China. It took three weeks and the items were cheaply made and not even the same colors/patterns depicted. I’ve contacted them about returning the items and they haven’t responded.

The items come from China. The website is misleading by making the buyer assume clothes are coming from a boutique in Savannah. The items do not appear as they are on the website, colors and patterns are extremely different. Sizing is off. There are no size labels or labels to identify what is the front or back of the sweater. The return process is lengthy expecting the customer to ship the items back to China with no guarantee they will actually be received.

Just received two sweaters. My order was delivered in about three weeks and came from China. The quality of the sweaters is poor and the sizing is off. They might be cute for someone they fit who won’t wear them hard, but they won’t work for me. The website narrative of these items being from a family-run boutique in Savannah, Georgia is made-up.

This company should not exist. I do not believe that "Hazel"and "Ruth" exist. The product I received, -- a pullover-- which took 6 weeks to arrive, is 100% polyester and a factory manufactured version of the vintage sweater (which looks hand knit and 100% wool) shown in the photo. The sweater was shipped from Rancho Cucamonga CA, not Savannah. I would advise everyone not to trust this company. Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered a beautifully photographed fair isle sweater. The business, Hazel & Ruth, purported to be a boutique in Savannah GA run for 10 years by a grandmother and granddaughter. The physical store does not exist. Their website domain has only existed for two months. It is a Chinese company selling ugly cheap merchandise that looks nothing like the photos. The website ordering process does not share that you are ordering from China and shipping will take weeks. What I received is poor-quality, saggy and miscolored. I asked for a refund - *I* have to pay for return shipping to China. I refused. Then they offered me a 25% refund. I refused, I'd still be out 75% of my money for a piece of crap.

Terrible quality, overpriced product. Scam. Stay away!

I ordered a sweater and chose the size based on their size chart. I received it after a long wait. Mainly the wait was due to it being shipped from China; which was odd because their website led me to believe it was bring shipped from Georgia. It arrived and does not fit; too small. Looked at return policy; items must have labels and tags intact; this sweater has no labels at all and no tags. I can’t even verify what size I was sent. You have your pay shipping to China. Then I find that on their website there are 2 conflicting size charts. Not a great business

DO NOT BUY! The “sweaters” are not sweaters at all but a 3d printer polyester cheap hoodie.. still waiting on return label

This, is the very same company selling the very same things but under a different name now. It was a scam in October and it's still a scam now.
What I ordered was very poor quality and not wool as advertised, it was 100% acrylic sent from mainland China... and to get a refund it had to be mailed back to mainland China I just hope that it passed inspection at customs in order to get back a percentage of what I paid. Total scam

Green Charlotte Cozy Fleece-Lined Parka I ordered was terrible quality. I immediately reached out to the company for a refund after delivery.
Do not recommend, do not waste your money
