Not good enough
Unfortunately, I had a puncture away from home which should have been covered. Despite both myself and the garage contacting the same day, approval was delayed to the following day, This meant I had to leave the car and get trains back & forth to my hometown. I was not impressed considering the monthly premium being paid! It did get approved the next day however took up around 8hrs of my time & meant plans had to be cancelled, not to mention travel costs. This is the first and last time I will be taking the maintenance package out.
