Outstanding Service from Drew
I called Autoserve this afternoon with a query about my car, and was lucky enough to speak with Drew Skelding. From the moment he answered the phone, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
Drew clearly knows his stuff — he answered my initial question, then went the extra mile to double-check everything so that my MOT could still go ahead without any issues. He even arranged the service for me there and then, which saved me both time and stress.
It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to great customer service. Drew is a real asset to Autoserve, and although I have never had an issue, this experience has given me even more confidence in using their services going forward. Highly recommended!

Arrange car first service.
Called to arrange a first service for my leased Kia Sportage. Spoke to Alex who was very friendly and helpful and said he arrange at the garage I’d requested. Later got a txt from Alex confirming date and time at my requested garage. Just perfect service from Alex and Autoserve. Thanks

Tried booking van in through the app…
Tried booking van in through the app for service and had abit misfortune with selected garage it brought up not being able to service vans , had taken day off work aswell . Rang autoserve up and spoke to jackie who imediatly apologised took all my details and withing 20minutes had rang me back with a confirmed booking with the dealers that coming saturday . Amazing customer service many many thanks jackie , edit my review ... contemplating cancelling my subscription with you due to completely wasting my time and costing my buisness money upon yet another failed booking ... wasted trip and loss of earnings yet again .. thats 2 days wages you cost me now , plus diesel , totalling now up to £1600 plus paid on subscription and loss of earnings to you for nothing

Help when MOT cancelled
Both Charlotte and Leah provided a calm, reassuring solution to the stressful situation of my MOT being cancelled with less than 2 hours to go. They said what they would do and followed up which was perfect. The eventual resolution they provided was much more acceptable than thats offered by the original suppliers Customer Services so really grateful for their help. Many thanks!

The car was booked in for a service and we were let down last minute by the supplier. I contacted Autoserve and spoke with Charlotte in Fleet Operations. She effectively worked the problem and came up with a alternative solution, which was actually better than the original arrangement. A great example of how customer service should be conducted. So thanks Charlotte!

Great company to deal with.
Great experience- we refer lots of our clients to Autoserve for their Servicing, tyres and maintenance and have always received a warm welcome on the phone, staff always polite and when things don't quite go the way we want them to, which happens, Autoserve are quick to respond and get things done- V Happy.

From the moment the call went it - I was treated with utmost professionalism and courtesy, respect. The matter was dealt with exceptional ease and through the breakdown / trip to garage and sorting replacement car - every moment was communicated clearly and promptly. Alex was a complete star.
