Autoremedy made a necessary chore really easy. Coming to my home, working tirelessly until the job was completed and tested for success was wonderful. The mechanic worked for hours to complete the job despite encountering unexpected additional issues. The mechanic was polite and helpful throughout.

Autoremedy have been the the best solution for the engine warning light on my car. James was so helpful with arranging convenient times to get someone out to me, he was clear with pricing and the time needed. Also ringing my warranty to find out what I was covered for with issues on my car and he was so good at explaining what was going wrong and how they were going to fix it. The engineer was Alex and he was also exceptional being flexible around my busy working hours, and always made sure he left me with no problem. I couldn’t be happier with the service and it’s saved me from having to have days off where I would have had to leave my car in a garage as they were able to do the job whilst I was working.

We found Auto Remedy, by chance, when I did an internet search. I am sure glad I did! They did a full repair of our brakes right in the driveway after they had locked. They came right away to assess the parts needed and were back by the end of the week. Everyone I dealt with were helpful and sympathetic to our struggle. I felt they were fair and the work was competent.
