I have been with auto home since I was 17 they have always been so friendly and quick to respond whenever I have needed them. I broke down today and the driver was out in 15 minutes. I even had someone ring me later to check I had got home okay 👍🏻

The gentleman, Owen, who dealt with our phone call was very courteous, patient, and helpful. He kept us in touch with what was happening.

Sabah was amazing during the recovery process. Kept me updated when ETA went from 90 mins to 30 mins! Recovery agent was very helpful and helped to possibly diagnose the issue, so now I can go to the garage knowing how they can help. Top tier service!

Milly was very helpful and made me feel relaxed on the phone and the breakdown guy brought my scooter back in good time.

Although the four hour waiting time was excessive, the service offered by Beth was second to none, she kept me fully updated on the actions of the recovery company and followed through for feedback in a timely manner. This made an otherwise long day bearable.

Off to a Quiz Night at a village pub with two mates. Negotiating dark narrow street..'POP!'..burst tyre. 7pm. Drama! Called Autohome. Call answered with 2 mins by the lovely Megan. Agreed to leave car overnight. Megan called back to confirm recovery vehicle booked for 9am this morning. The guys were by my car when I arrived at 9am. Arrived at Tanvic Tyres in L'boro by 9.30 ( new tyre prebooked). Collecting car at 3pm today. 10/10 to Autohome, recovery guys and Tanvic.
I will be recommending Autohome to any friends looking to renew their breakdown recovery policy. THANK YOU Megan. THANK you Autohome. They do what it says on the tin. No dramas.!

Got a screw stuck in my tire on my mobility scooter which left me with a flat tyre. I rang the recovery service as was stuck at the side of the road in miserable weather and just wow, they were brilliant. They got me recovered with a ride home and did it all within an hour of first calling them. They kept in touch making sure I was okay and informed as to what was happening and even followed up after I had been recovered to make sure I was okay and safely back home.
True earth angels that had my back and gave me the confidence to know in the future if anything happens they got me covered. Thank you, thank you, thank you to you all for such amazing help.

Gabriel was absolutely fantastic kept me informed all the way. Less than hour for homestead assistance very impressive. Considering I had to wait 11 hours for the AA at roadside 🤨🤨

This is the 2nd time i have joined Signal due to me getting a company car for 11 years or I would never have left.

I would advise anyone to give them a try 10/10

The driver also was excellent got me hoing within 10 minutes and gave me some great advice 👍
