Ryan came to service my Automower today and did an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble he was polite friendly and very helpful. He took the mower into his van to service it so there was no mess it was quick and thorough. He also logged a job for the future for me which was really helpful. I would have no problem in recommending this company as they are very customer focused. Thank you Ryan for a really good job.

Have had my Husqvarna 310 serviced by Autocut for the last 5 years. Brilliant service. Engineers always arrived on the designated date, collect the mower from its parking spot for its service. Blades are changed, brilliantly cleaned and a full test report left. Dave very helpful and thorough.
Not had any problems with the mower and Autocut provided all the components I required after inadvertently cutting through the guide wire.

Ryan from Autocut serviced our mower. From booking to end the service was perfect. Ryan was polite and really helpful in answering all my questions. If you’re on the fence about which company to choose, pick Autocut. I couldn’t be happier!

Hi, this is an update to my previous 1 star review of Autocut. Whilst I did have significant initial challenges with my Automower and Autocut, I need to acknowledge that Autocut continued to work on a resolution and ultimately found the fault and resolved it. They also zero'd out the cost of some previous parts which were replaced. All in all, Autocut turned around my negative experience. Thanks to Lee and Gary 👍

They arrived and set up their mobile workshop without any fuss and collected my mower from the garden without needing any help from me. The machine looked and sounded like a new machine when returned.

I have had the mower for nearly 5 years now and it has been serviced annually by autocut and they are quick efficient, and, compared to the annual servicing of a conventional mower, competitively priced.

Great service form the team, in particular Leigh who was incredibly helpful from start to finish, and the product works perfectly in my garden. Would highly recommend

I have a very steep field and garden to cut of a couple of acres. Strimming my large field is a massive chore. Autocut were extremely efficient and the installation process very straightforward. The robot mower deals with the steep slopes very well and the quality of the grass in the field has vastly improved. It is now a joy to walk there knowing I do not have to spend weeks of hard labour cutting the grass. The cost of the mower pays for itself over time if I had to get a gardener to do the job.

Steve arrived on time, talked me through the whole process of install, then completed installation in the worst weather imaginable! He then mapped out the front and rear lawns and showed me how to operate the machine, set out schedules and adjust any parameters. A very comprehensive service.

Needed to find a service company for my Husqvarna 430x. Auto cut came up as a digital search. Phoned them, no answer but they did return call. Then had to register, then booked an appointment. They are very busy, got an appointment. They arrived when they said they would and sorted my problem. All they service is husqvarna auto mowers. They know their stuff and carry a lot of spares.

Awful company. Avoid. Disrespectful and ignorant staff. Would not recommend.

I recently had to make a complaint about the service from autocut but the response I had from them was excellent. They could not have been more helpful and attentive and the problem was sorted out quickly and efficiently. The mower is fantastic and saves so much time and effort , we never have to cut the lawn. I would like to thank the team for sorting it out and would definitely recommend autocut in Devon to anyone.
