I think this is an excellent company. There is always someone to talk to both before and after sales. I had to have two small mowers installed because I have a split level lawn they’re just a little aspire for working on wired systems. Ryan came to install them. Let me know when he was due to arrive and when he turned up, he showed me the mowers and explained how he’s going to install them. He was really helpful and very efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

The process from start to finish was made very easy and the initial coversation and mapping of my lawns made buying the correct mower simple. David then arrived with the two new mowers and installation was equally professionally done.

Autocut were excellent to deal with , very efficient and kind over the phone , and Ryan was so kind and helpful, efficiently setting my mower up, with the help of my dogs ! Nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient explaining everything. I now have a beautifully cut lawn, right to the edges, but not by me ! Fantastic service from Jordan yesterday! He changed the battery on my Husqvarna 415X and then went the extra mile adjusting the charging station and working out what turned out to be quite a tricky positioning problem. He was patient, thorough and clearly knows his stuff. Really appreciated the care he took — proper 5-star service.

I had really high hopes when I contacted autocut.co.uk, as they sell a great range of Husqvarna auto mowers and their website highlights strong customer service. Initially, it took me a while to get a booking into my calendar but when the engineer came to repair my mower, he was fantastic, making sure that everything worked perfectly and even finding the time to service my mower. Jordan installed a GPS mower yesterday (305E) He was extremely efficient and explained the advantages of gps over a line and made sure my garden was suitable. The process was very efficient and had it all up and running in a couple of hours. He took the time to explain everything with me the app etc. he was very efficient, helpful and did a great job

Found everyone we dealt with very knowledgeable and efficient. Prompt in quotes, correspondence and installation.
David carried out the installation very efficiently was thorough in the setting up process taking us through things step by step.

Company responded within 24 hours to initial enquiry. The service guy came on the arranged day - Will was a knowledgeable guy and a pleasure to work with. GPS and power cable installed, docking bay, mapping the mowing and stay out areas, all done in three hours. Instruction on use of app on the mobile well done too. Mower lives up to the sale info.

I have had my 315x for several years without any issues other than the occasional out of bounds or trapped by bikes etc left out by the children. Recently had issues of the mover not travelling to the furthest area of garden. I rang Autocut. Lynn took control of the mower from the office made the necessary changes. Problem solved. She was very polite, patient and extremely helpful. Very impressed and happy with the service received.
