Hopeless. I tried to arrange a demo plus install for 8000 sq metre of lawns for 8 weeks. Non-returned calls, poor internal communication and logistical delays. I hung on with them because of their high Google review rating. They were insistent on installing what I thought would be an undersized mower. Only finally when going to a third-party in frustration of all the delays did I find out that what we actually required was a small commercial mower and that Autocut ONLY install smaller domestic mowers. They would’ve happily supplied me with, and I would have mistakenly purchased, an inappropriate machine. Avoid Autocut particularly if you’ve got larger lawns.

I feel compelled to write a review for Matt. He has been excellent - both on the day of the installation but, more importantly, since then. Matt has helped me out with a few after sales queries. He is v quick to come back, really patient and extremely knowledgeable. I have been really impressed!
Overall, the Autocut sales, installation and after sales service has been first class - thank you.

Matt was able to clearly communicate all the key information very well . The whole process was quicker than expected and very thorough.
Looking forward to seeing the long term benefits from regular fine cutting.

Initial installation experience was positive and Matt the installer was helpful and knowledgeable. However, I’ve since been disappointed by the after-sales process and unexpected additional charges.

A mower housing unit was installed during the setup without it ever being made clear that this would be a separate optional cost, and I later received an additional invoice for £219. There was also another extra charge added for the warranty which later had to be removed after I queried it.

I don’t mind paying for optional extras if they are clearly explained upfront, but I don’t think it’s reasonable for additional items to be fitted and invoiced afterwards without properly discussing the costs first.

The mower itself seems good so far, but the pricing transparency and communication around extras needs improving.

From my first enquiry, I found the company helpful and informative. Steve was very good at answering my questions and was able to view the prooerty and advise on type of mower. Date was fixed fixed for free installation. Gary installed the mower, taking great trouble to get things right in a rather complicated garden, and gave lots of advice and suggestions.

Set up service was excellent A difficult lawn lots of obstacles but everything mapped and app explained well

He has been amazing from the start, he’s always at the end of the phone even on weekends when I don’t expect a response until Monday..he’s there. Can’t rate him enough with his professional approach and experience making the whole experience of buying a robot lawnmower so much easier

Autocut have been amazing. Will one of their engineers have is a thorough introduction to our mowing machine which we now call Daisy.
We love her and have a fabulous clean lawn as a result. We also love the fact that we don’t need to spend time cutting the lawn or managing getting rid of the grass

From the first conversation with Simon explaining which mower would be best to the visit and installation by the lovely Will , the process was smooth and I’m really pleased. Will took his time to make sure I understood everything and set it up fully. I’ve even named my mower after him! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this great service with a personal touch. Love my mower too!!

After deciding to purchase an auto mower I called Autocut who gave fantastic advice and were not pushy in any way. They said I’d have to pay a 50% deposit to order the mower and the rest isn’t payable until after it was installed and I was happy that it worked as expected. The installer, Will arrived promptly on the agreed date and set the mower up in no time and showed me the full operation and told me I could call him if I had any problems or questions. Will is a credit to the company and I’d definitely recommend Autocut to anyone looking for an auto mower.

Great communication and set up. Will was superb no problem was too big, he set up and taught and the mower so simple to get going. So many features that time will tell how well it does but so far so good

This review is about the maintenance of my wonderful robot mower aka Fred.
Leon was very thorough, helpful and tidy in his annual Maintenance visit. My machine was very grubby and it now looks like new.
I am delighted by Fred, a great purchase and impressed by Leon.

I had a few issues with my Husqvarna mower. The technical support guy from Autocut was Leon. He was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and issues were resolved promptly. Leon was very professional and a credit to his company.

Leon came out today and sorted the issues I had had with the connection. He was persistent with a tricky technical problem and made sure everything was running well before he left A really nice guy very polite and efficient Very happy with the service

The Autocut staff have all been exceedingly helpful, with good advice on choice of mower and how best to operate it once installed.

From my first contact with Ben in Sales to the installation by Gary and Chris yesterday it has been a pleasure to deal with Autocut. They are all very professional and Gary and Chris were so helpful, and as a widow of great assistance guiding me through the app and operation of my robotic mower.
