High pressure subscription
I am a grandmother to a child on the autism spectrum. I was and still am impressed with the content of the free trial magazine I received. What I do not appreciate is that I immediately began receiving repeated emails pressuring me to join chats etc. I did not find the site easy to navigate. It always seemed like to get what I wanted to read required purchase.
Due to my frustration I asked to cancel my subscription which I really regretted signing up for. I am still well within my trial period. I have received prompt replies from three different individuals using the identical letter format. Each time they say they will gladly look after my cancellation and then go on to offer me further avenues of involvement. No email assuring me that my subscription has been cancelled and my credit card will not be billed. I have no confidence that I actually will not be billed or would be able to cancel at any time.
