Great experience shopping for a new mattress! They have a nice selection of non-toxic sleep supplies, including both memory foam and latex mattresses. Dalton was quite knowledgeable about all the products and how they are made which made the decision making process easier. I’m looking forward to getting better sleep! Update: I received my new mattress and it's divine! I also splurged on an adjustable frame and it definitely has improved my sleep. It took two months for mattress to be made and sent here from Italy, but once it arrived in Texas, the delivery was swift and efficient. Wonderful experience!

The entire experience at Austin Natural Mattress was great. Steve helped me find the right bedding, including pillows which I have always had a terrible time finding and adjusting to. The king mattress is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and it’s done wonders for my chronic insomnia. And though my bedroom furniture delivery from another vendor was delayed for six months, I was given a loaner bed frame for free for that entire time! Talk about going above and beyond…

Mr Cantu has a can do attitude. Attention on what I said and quickly defined and accurately what I needed. Helped by patiently educating me on the difference between the products and what terms mean. Often sales people are less patient because they are tired of repeating the same info or whatever. So this was a very good experience. Bought a Mango TwinXL. Shipping should be 4-5 weeks. Let's see if that happens. "In these...Troubling Times".

Shopping at Austin Natural Mattress was a very pleasant experience. The owner helped answer all my questions and made sure that my timeline was met by going above and beyond to deliver the mattress to my house in time for when we needed it. I would 100% buy our next mattress from here knowing how good their selection is, their prices are extremely reasonable for non-toxic mattresses and their customer service is superb.

We were in the market for a complete new set up of our sleeping system, and did some leg work online. We found what we were looking for at one store here in town, and went and checked it out, but did not want to try just one option before pulling the trigger. The wife had mentioned Austin Natural Mattress, and seeing as our current set up is 100% natural, and ANM is right in the hood, we swung by just to take a look. Super glad we did. Steve was beyond helpful and super honest. We compared notes and pictures and discussed wants vs needs and ballpark pricing. He pointed to the mattress he would recommend. We tried it out for awhile, thanked him and left to consider over the weekend. On Sunday, we went back to our first choice store and narrowed the 3 options there down to a final option. We hopped in the car and drove back to ANM and quickly laid on our first choice there. Our decision was immediately made up for us. Better bed (for what we were looking for) with a better price tag. Steve made the entire shopping and decision making process hassle free and super relaxing. So glad we went local!

Steve is the greatest salesman I’ve ever met. He helped us out with a loaner mattress while we waited for the one we wanted to come in stock, and he even drove 35 mins to pick up the loaner once we received our mattress. He did it all with a smile and a positive attitude. I cannot recommend Austin Natural enough!

Always very helpful! We purchased our king bed and oldest daughter’s twin bed a couple of years ago, and just returned to purchase my youngest’s twin bed. Excellent service and very knowledgeable.
