Not complicated, I am allergic and they are letting me send back the unopened packages...much easier that most companies that I have dealt with!

My first 10 week course of tablets went very well. I took three tabs with food each morning and I did indeed find my BPH abating and my ability to urinate improving. I was quite thrilled.
But then the second shipment came and I am not sure if they changed their formulation but it was completely awful. Within 20 minutes of taking three tabs I was hit with the worst upper GI pain I have ever felt in my life. I was doubled over on the ground screaming in agony for half an hour until it finally passed.
I recalled seeing an email saying that they had new guidance to only take one or two at a time which I had not heeded, so the next day I tried only one at breakfast. Unfortunately I was hit with the same agonizing pain and only held off on calling 911 because I figured it would pass as the day before, which it did. But it was a half an hour of pure hell. I imagine this is what getting gut shot must feel like.
I will add that I eat spicy food all the time with no adverse reactions.
Aurivita responded right away to my email informing them and they said they would cancel my remaining orders--we shall see, given some not so good comments on their refund policies that I am reading here.
I will also say that my wife has been taking the supplements and reports no such adverse reactions. But for me, I will never go near the stuff again.

8/29/26 So Aurivita's "head of customer support--Greg" finally responded to my email notifying them of a potentially dangerous reaction to their product. His response? Essentially, thanks for reaching out and if you are happy with how the agent responded please let us know. Clearly written by an AI Bot and not someone who is worried that their product caused several dangerous reactions to a user. I want to be even handed and say my experience was simply my experience, but seeing a non-response like this makes me truly wonder about the nature of this company.

today 8/27/26. on 6/13/26 I ordered a 4 pack (160 tabs each) directly from them and I am on my second pack. I have seen zero improvements in the alleged benefits. To make it worse they just sent me ANOTHER pack that I DID NOT order and charged my credit card AGAIN for $59.99. I DID NOT order this. I immediately contacted therm and they assured me they would refund the charge and told me NOT to contest the charge as they would do it faster. no action. I contacted them again on 8/24. No action. They are VERY dissappointing verging on scammers. Jack Petty

Great. Blood pressure is 110/77, and feeling great

I was a little skeptical at first. Being in my 50's on Lisinopril for several years, things weren't working as well in the bedroom. Occasional bouts with ED and PA were frustrating. But after a couple weeks, things started changing. Sensitivity was enhanced, blood flowed easier and it was easier to get hard. Very satisfied! My advice is to be sure to take with food.
