I wanted to cancel my subscription as finances are thin at the moment. The agent kindly and guickly did just that.

Everything was fantastic

Legit product, delivered on time.

There was no run arund or deflecting. My issue was taken seriously, and taken in house, meaning that Auivita made my concern their problem, and allowed me to move on. What more can one ask?

I placed an order thinking was from US and than I realized its not the case when I tried to check on tracking it said I was on some suspicious site, than on September 2 they sent me email saying it was delivered, afterwards sent me another saying they'll send me reorder which I never received either, so I sent them email and return to me saying that tracking says it was delivered, so I wrote again saying I want my money back which I probably won't see either. I think with so much scamming going on ,its time to change tables and for on line sellers and don't pay until you receive order , funds can be held until order received

One knows truly amazing support when the product you try doesn’t end up working for you; yet, the company still goes out of the way to keep their commitment to getting your money back. Mich was so responsive and so kind throughout the support process. I truly believe the product I bought is good and works. It just didn’t work for me. Still, it is so refreshing to work with a company that keeps their word even when it is to their financial disadvantage. Mich and Greg did a superb job helping Aurivita keep its money-back promise.

This stuff works. My blood pressure has lowered to levels I haven’t seen in 20 years. My wife likes that and our renewed love making.

I don't even want to give them 1 star. This company is a sham, a scam, not real, phony, however you want to say it! I ordered this product over a month ago, still haven't received it, I keep asking them about it, and they tell me that it's on it's way, just taking longer than expected, etc, etc, etc. Now I just checked the USPS tracking number, and they said "Tracking information will not be displayed because this package was shipped with counterfeit postage. Please contact the merchant or seller with any questions." After raising much guff with them, they did refund me but said said that they would still send the order. Still waiting on that. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. It's probably not even what they say it is. I don't know how they can post positive reviews.

I am 50 yrs old and have been going to the gym and exercising regularly. This product has improved my Endurance, I have noticed since I began taking Capsaicin power that I can stay on the treadmill or elliptical machines for longer and that my heart rate doesn’t get as high as it did before taking the product. Although I don’t track blood pressure regularly it has improved my circulation and allows me to exercise longer without running out of breath and or fatiguing. I would recommend product based on this personal experience. I am on my 3rd bag of product now and just re-ordered 3 more.

I had a small snafu with billing so I simply cancelled my order. Brey from customer service reached out to me the same day and had it resolved so I reinstated my order. I was thrilled. Great customer service. Not used to this!

The order i placed took longer to arrive than expected. 3 mails later received. Couldn't get on with the supplement so returned the product after 1 month. Followed the exact return requests but still have received no refund. The return depot is in USA so cost a lot via Evri to return £24. Aurivita has made no attempt to find the package I sent with full order details. They say they need the Evri tracking number which I failed to keep. Lousy company and lousy customer service. Wasted £125 including cost of sending back.

Good customer service today from Aurivita when I made my order I forgot to click the one purchase box which ment I was charged for a second order automatically so i emailed Aurivita and the sorted my problem

I was looking for a completely natural supplement to support my heart and circulation health. Aurivita Capsaicin soft gels appear to be delivering what I want. Been taking daily recommended dose for over 6 weeks now and am starting to feel some benefits. In the meantime I have asked the company a couple of personal and general questions and have been very pleased with the agent's (Regina) speedy, detailed and friendly responses. She put my mind at ease and I am continuing to take Capsaicin soft gels. I'll update my experience when I pass the 120-day point.

When i first bought this stuff It was on a hope and a prayer that it would do what it actually said it would do. Wow it did it and a whole lot more. Whin a week I had increased energy, my morning fella was back. Ive dropped another 30 lbs. within 3 months people saw how vibrant and energetic i was. Other things began to happen as well increased energy meant way more activities and with that came a huge drop in insulin levels which more weight one wow i now live the retirement life i wanted.
