Stunning Ring and Customer Service
Incredible customer service and love the final product. I wanted a custom engagement ring done and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the design they made before production. I had to adjust a few things in the CAD and they were really flexible with my requests. The finak ring came out just how I had wanted it to be. Most incredible shoppig experience
I had the most incredible shopping experience with Aura Diamonds. Not only is my new tennis bracelet spectacular, Sean guaranteed I would receive it on time to wear at my son’s wedding last weekend. Communicating with him was effortless, the customer service afforded me was exemplary and the courtesy and kindness shown to me was second to none. It was reassuring dealing with an Australian owned family business and I very much look forward to shopping with them in the future.
