From the start, Sean was patient and nice to me, especially as someone with limited knowledge about jewellery. Sean provided a wide range of options for me to select from to ensure I got to have a part in the ring-selecting process. Sean even went out of his way to provide 2 prototype rings as I was uncertain with the sizing. The prototypes looked as though they could be real themselves, but the actual thing was mesmerising. It looks brilliant and came with certification and a lovely box and bag. Everything was posted in such a timely manner as well. Thank you Sean and Aura for being a part of this fun process and making it even better!

Everything was 10/10: customer service, delivery, especially the ring itself. The bigger the better when it’s made by Aura Diamond. The ring is beautifully and elegantly designed, with a very bright and sparkly shine. I love this jewellery. Many options to make it your own. Have bought a few pieces for myself and for gifts. A small issue with delivery which was rectified immediately with a beautiful unexpected upgrade. Fabulous communication. A definite 5stars.

They were very thorough with the consultation and made sure the diagram captures exactly what I wanted after agreeing on the shape of the ring and the sizes of diamonds I received a video of the ring and shipping was so quick after that absolutely love the ring it is exactly how I wanted it

I created a custom wedding set and Sean made the process so smooth and stress free and was extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. Even after I made multiple changes throughout the process he was very patient and professional.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff, they go out of their way to help you. Delivery is only 2 to 3 days, but if you need it in a hurry they make sure you get your delivery in time. Just a most pleasant experience all around. Very happy and will be shopping with them again
