Auniva made sure I had my Alma before I ran out and when I wanted to cancel my subscription they did it right away. It was not because I didn’t like it but only because I am well stocked up. I will be ordering again but this time only as I need some.

Sarah took care of the situation. I was trying to cancel my subscription but for some reason it was not letting me do it. I also cancel the order that was going to be sent out in the next couple of days.
Sent email to support team and Sarah took care of the situation for me. Great customer service. I really appreciate her help !!!

I sent one short email asking for a delay in the next subscription delivery and was amazed and really pleased to hear back immediately that my request had been taken care of, the next delivery date clearly stated and a link to the company portal if I should wish to make further changes. Wow!!!! Just wow!

I really appreciate how easy it was to contact Auniva with my concern, and how quickly and efficiently my resolve came. I have had two concerns and they were resolved immediately. My experience with Auniva was great. 5 Stars from me.

I bought Amla supplements from Auniva. It is hard to judge how good the supplements are because it is not clear what they were supposed to do for me but they didn't.
What is clear is that they are a predatory subscription service. It was very difficult to cancel the subscription. The screen to cancel was misleading. It was difficult to get to the cancel subscription page it was at least 12 steps (pages) to get through the process and the cancel button was hidden on 3 of them.

Amazing, The way your team was able to handle my issue within 24 hours through email. No phone bots that send me in circles, or emails that take 2 weeks. Your team is the greatest and set the bar for customer service, thanks again for quickly handling my problem.

After ordering AMLA from Auniva, my doctor informed me that I could not take it, but it was already on its way. So, here comes the email return game! And here comes Sarah with all of the answers I needed to return everything with a full refund and was handled professionally and rather quickly. I was really hoping to try AMLA and especially now because of Sarah's customer service! Definitely wished I could do it, hopefully the product will be as good as their customer service! Thank you for the help with this!

Responded very promptly to my problem and got it solved.

When I had mistakenly thought I didn't get part of my order, I inquired about it. You folks responded right away indicating you were shipping me what I thought I was missing. When I discovered the order was correct, I emailed you telling you that I was mistaken and you could cancel that and if it's too late to stop the second shipment, I will be happy to pay for it. You responded by saying it's shipping anyway and not to worry about it. That truly is amazing!
