I purchased Astro A-50s and the headset was completely defective. The headset isn't capable of updating with the latest firmware online and left ear speaker doesn't work, terrible! I'm disappointed with this experience. Customer service is replacing the headset for me as fast as possible but over all it wasn't worth the frustration.

The speaker is what I've been looking for. The sound is the best.

Thank you Audio Geeks for my Braven 600 speakers! I absolutely love these wireless speakers. These are my first wireless speakers and they are so easy to move around to any room in the house I want to listen (even outside!). I came across Audiogeeks while searching online for the best price for a pair of Sennheiser headphones. Their price was by far the best and included delivery by courier.
I was at the time on holiday in the US and ordered with a UK credit card for delivery to our sons US home. Received a pleasant call from Audiogeeks checking that my order was kosher (apologies should anyone be offended by that expression) and the headphones arrived two days later in perfect condition.

My bff bought me some wireless Beats headphones last year. I love them! On a trip, the headband broke 😣. Even though it was a gift, Greg made it easy to coordinate a warranty and I am happy to say, Beats had a new one in my hand five days later. So I bought my Pill, and LOVE IT. It is so simple to use, small enough to stick in 75% of my purses, but best of all sounds great. It is a pink powerhouse. Now my son wants a black Pill XL, so we'll see! Couldn't be happier.

Sitting here sporting my new Sennheiser Momentum over-ear cans...and I am blown away! They are plugged into a Galaxy S4 and sound absolutely stunning. This is my third pair of Sennheisers: old pair of MX-5 that are still the best sounding earbuds I've ever heard, recent pair of MM-70s that sound pretty good, for talking and Skyping, and now the Momentums. Pure heaven!

And the folks at AudioGeeks define customer service. Thirty minutes after I placed the order I got a phone call from Gregory, he was going out of his way to ensure this was not a fraudulent transaction (apparently this is a notorious price-point), after which my order went right out the door. Two days later I am one happy camper.
