This outfit is worth doing business with. You don't have to wait a month of Sundays for your order. They keep their word. I couldn't order at the time of the sale but asked if it would still be on at a certain time. They said no but if I called in they would honor the sale price. They said what they would do and they did what they said they would do. Would not hesitate to order from them again. Can't go wrong.

I ordered some headphones and UPS wouldn't leave them at my door, someone had to sign in person. Since I work and live alone, that wasn't something that could happen. I wasn't able to negotiate with them at all, but Audio Geeks were great about finding a way to get them to me with little hassle and no additional shipping cost. Product was in new condition and factory sealed.

I'm often wary of web stores I've never heard of, but thanks to the power of the Internet and Google, the unknown is easily researchable. So I did my homework, researched the headphones I wanted, then researched the best places to buy them and, lo and behold, I found AudioGeeks.com with a whole mess of positive reviews. And now I'm adding my two thumbs up to that list. Not only did they have competitive prices but they also tacked on a 15% discount making it noticeably less than any other place I could find. Then throw in the free shipping and suddenly my wallet smiled wide open. And Greg, at AudioGeeks did a decent job addressing some of my questions related to connecting my new headphones via bluetooth to my TV. So it's also nice to know they care about their customers enough to communicate with them. So basically, this was a great buy from an awesome store.

Now for the review of my new headphones. I'm not gonna go all out crazy covering every amazing aspect of my new head cans, but I will say that my new Phiaton CHORD MS 530 Wireless Headphones are amazing. I was torn between these and the NAD Viso HP50s which also got excellent professional reviews, and probably sound better than these, but the bluetooth wireless was the major selling point for me. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to test these hands-on against each other so I relied heavily on whatever Internet reviews I could muster. And must admit that I am extremely happy with my purchase. They sound pretty good to me. Though I haven't had a chance to test everything on these headphones like the noise canceling feature on a bus or train. Even before I considered the NADs I was leaning toward the Parrot ZIKs, also wireless bluetooth, which got amazing reviews for their wireless sound but came up short in other features like battery life and sound quality when hardwired, though the Parrot ZIKs do look awesome (sorry if I'm overusing the word "awesome") and well built with their aluminum finish. My new Phiaton CHORD MS 530s have three times the battery life of the Parrot ZIKs and also supposedly sound great (haven't tested this yet) hardwired. They're comfortable and seem fairly well built, though I could live without the red strip across the bow of the headphones. And the bluetooth function works like a charm having connected it to my old crappy Samsung flip phone (though again, I haven't given that the big test yet) and listening to iTunes on my iMac, iPod and iPad. The music sounds pretty good to me. As for the treble, midrange and bass -- I don't know enough to compare them to better headphones. But these are just as good, and probably better, than my Ultimate Ears in the ear earphones. Are they worth $300? Perhaps. Though I paid $255 on sale and they are definitely worth that!

This is my first experience with Audio Geeks and it has been a rewarding one. I own some Grado 325 headphones and they need repair. I contacted Grado and they will do the repair for me but it will probably take around 4 weeks time counting shipping. I couldn't do without Grado headphones during this time so I searched online and found Audio Geeks. I purchased a set of SR60 headphones from Audio Geeks and got them very quickly. You can tell they are from the same family as my Grado SR325s and I love their sound.

I knew the brand I wanted and searched for a reasonable price. AudioGeeks was the best price I had found. I have never done business with this company so I took the chance and ordered the product. It was delivered ahead of scheduled, packaged with extra care as the product arrived without damage. I have entered them into my favorites for future purchase.
