Not only did they provide a substantial savings on my purchase of B&O's H8 headphones, they spent time with me before my purchase to make sure I was fully informed, and then they got it to me within days of ordering. If that weren't enough they emailed me to see if I was happy with my purchase. Who does all that these days? Audio Geeks does!

Before I ordered an Open Box speaker from AudioGeeks I called their 800 number and was more than pleased to speak with an actual person who understood my concerns and allayed them completely. My speaker arrived a few days later and I couldn't be more happy with the quality of the sound produced and the aesthetics to match!

I recently had an issue regarding a return request on a set of broken headphones. However, Greg the manager called me and wanted to make everything right. He has arranged for a replacement set right away. Greg stated that hus company really cared about its reputation. I have to say this is service recovery at its best. Thanks Greg!

Killer case with the materials to match the B&O headphones they now carry. Audio Geeks were the best priced, no tax, no shipping costs...and they got here quick! What else could you ask for?

They apparently have a brick and mortar store in the NW United States. I never heard of them until recently but nobody was coming close in terms of price (and local Best Buy refused to match). Glad I took the leap of faith and they are now on my shortlist of online electronic retailers. Delivery/processing was fast. No interaction with customer service or returns though. I would compare them to Abt for those in the Chicago area.

I went shopping to buy that speaker. No one had or heard of it. I sat in the parking lot of Bestbuy & ordered it on my ipad. Two days later it was delivered to my door. Great service!
