This is my first transaction I made with Audio Geeks and so far it went well and smoothly. Shipping was accurate. When I called the customer service someone answered the phone immediately. It was a good deal because of no shipping and handling and no tax was charged on my account. I will definitely come back and buy another product again with them. .

This was my very first order with AudioGeeks.com. They not only had the lowest price I could find on the Sennheiser PXC 550 headphones($399 at the time of this review) but they were offering 15% off as well. Given that, plus free shipping and no tax, they saved me roughly $70 over the nearest local competitor. Their free shipping was UPS Ground but it arrived in only two days!!! I will certainly give them the first look on future products.

Fair price and fast shipment, communications can be better (they need to send an email with shipping info, no reason for consumer to need to log in and find it) the communication issue is what kept them from 5 stars
