this is a Con, the product i bought is nothing like their pictures DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

**UPDATE** my parcels have arrived. Happy with my purchases for the discount prices I paid, however, I would never had paid the full price for any of them. The wooden hearts with holding hands are made like a children's wooden jigsaw.

I placed 3 orders with this company. I received tracking number but after a few days the emails with tracking updates have stopped and my parcels have not been received. The hand sculptors I ordered were for gifts but don't think I will receive them now. Last update received it was still in the United States. Feel a fool for ordering.

DO NOT order from these people , my purchase has not arrived and after all my emails and complaints to them , I don’t expect it to arrive , I shall now contact my Bank for advice and ask them to investigate Scam Company , you have been warned !!!!!
To be fare , the item has now arrived , quality not as expected , but it’s my own fault for not researching before buying , they did take more than the stated amount from my account , so be very wary

Like most people they took more money from my account then quoted. Took over a month to deliver and advert exaggerated product . Avoid like the plague

My item was a love hand sculpture.
Ordered end of may 2024. Still waiting for this item? Customer service sent me again a tracking number, and when i track this item it tells me it was delivered in November 2023!
I cant seem to get any sense from customer service. So i dont recommend .

This company doesn’t even warrant 1 star. Again, like other reviews, they took more from my bank account than they had quoted me (£5 more) No communication/tracking number provided and still my daughter’s 30th birthday gift has not arrived! Total scam company - feel foolish to have ordered a gift from an advert on FB without checking their validity on Trust Pilot first. Pensioners like myself cannot afford to be scammed in this way! NEVER use this company!

I have as yet to receive my order they are absolutely terrible. They firstly took more than they should from my credit card and now I have not received the order

Shocking it did not even stop a butter knife. Iv waited 4 months. All it is is two pieces of tent material. Thay don't ever fit cuz 1 say L one say S.but none fit. And no way -200. And I can not believe. Your saying is bullet poof never nine stab poof. -5 stars

Absolutely shocking service. Item was not as described sent back to return address on package and they say I’ve sent it to the wrong address so won’t give me a £45 refund!!!
Apparently they are in Chiba however there are UK address.
This company is a complete scam DO NOT BUY!!!

Anybody reading this please do not buy from this scam of a company. I ordered a ‘beautiful’ doll for my little girls birthday which arrived after 2 months so the birthday was well & truly over but the doll was absolutely nothing like advertised so very disappointing. I have taken it up with the company as I would like to return so called doll but they refuse to let me return it and are telling me to gift it to someone or they could compensate me by giving me 2GBP - wouldn’t even buy a cup of coffee. ( I paid almost £27 ) I have been fighting with them for days now and have totally lost the plot. Going to contact PayPal and if I get nowhere there I am going to try to sell the doll for what it is. I’m sorry I never read the reviews before buying. I have rated it 1 star but if option was available I wouldn’t rate it at all. I’m absolutely furious with the way they have no regard for the consumer. Please DO NOT buy from this company - it needs shutdown!!! 😡😤

Please don't give them your money, it's a scam. I ordered a jumpsuit (dusty rose) that looks nothing like the images or vides, it's bright peach, not the same colour as in the images, and the quality is very cheap, it's so thin it's see through, you can see my underwear so it's unwearable. In the images and videos it looks like a thick quality material. It also took a month to arrive. I complained and was told numerous times there's nothing wrong with the product and so I can't get my money back, they won't even listen to my complaint. They also say if you do return you have to cover the cost of shipping to another country, so there's no point, but they won't even give me that option. The customer service consists of an automated portal service asking are you happy? When you select 'no' repeatedly it says oh well you must keep the product. They escalate it to 'a person' who says the same thing. DO NOT BUY!

Do not order from this company. I am still waiting for delivery for an item I ordered in August. Tracking says it has been ‘in the country’ for nearly a month now but still no delivery

It’s only fair to update the bad review I left last week …. My order once in the UK was delivered quickly and the quality and sizing was absolutely fine
Just needed to be a bit more patient (delivery was 3 weeks) and not be influenced by other negative reviews 🥲

Do not order from this company!! My first order has been overcharged by over £4! You cannot get through to anyone online or other to cancel the order or to ask why they overcharge! Use Rachet for these mental health tops!!!!

Order 2 jumpsuits end of june thinking they'd arrive before Aug holiday - no chance! Took 6 weeks to arrive, poor quality fabric, bad sizing. Way too short in the body and I'm not a giant at 5ft7 size uk 16/18.
Avoid. Not even going to waste my time asking for a refund.

I ordered a jumper, it’s taken 6 weeks and still no help but around 25+ emails later and they still can’t help! They also charged me more than the amount agreed at check out - I lost patience today and now have a refund after contacting my bank. They can chase the ‘parcel’ now if it even exists.

I wish I’d come on here first instead of trusting the clearly fake reviews on their site (I posted my own one star review on there but unsurprisingly it isn’t showing). I too was overcharged more than the cost of the items and 6 weeks later I still have no goods. Their customer service is atrocious. It’s a complete scam company that should not be allowed to trade here nor advertise on social media.

Don’t order from them. Took over a month to arrive. Then when it arrived the sizing is so bad - not too small or too big but cut badly so fits in places and not in others. I asked to return and the response was - “why doesn’t it fit, we sell lots of these so reconsider your first instinct. gift it to a friend otherwise you will have to pay too much to return. DONT USE! They shouldn’t be allowed to trade in this country. I am going to investigate this with trading standards.
