Colour too bright! And as a personmliving alone, not able to tie it on wrist. Expected it to be like my other friendship bracelets and be a pull tie,!

Items were not what They said . I ordered necklaces which opened with space inside to add funeral ashes . No information on how to be refunded or the correct items sent .

After waiting 3 weeks for deilvery, the two Grumpy Figurines were fine, however the three Friendship Coins were not as advertised and had misspelled wording - eg: Lifetime was missing the L.
On requesting a refund or replacement, I was offered £4 and told I could keep the coins, this was refused and again requested a refund or replacement, This time I was offered £7 and told if I returned the coins I would have to pay all the return postage costs.

For a start when the boxes arrived they were badly damaged I'm not sure what's in the boxes it says butterflies on the box to which I did not order very disappointed with the product

When I eventually received my order after waiting for what I thought was a long time and not very good correspondence I am reasonably pleased with the product.

Beautiful necklace, you can make it longer or shorter. Jewels sparkle beautifully.
