I hoped to be writing a positive review but based on my experience I would recommend caution before ordering. I placed an order placed back in December and taking into account the holidays, should have been delivered mid Feb at the latest. They delay however is not the most concerning aspect because if it had been communicated in an honest and up front manner, I would have likely not taken further action. However, their customer service is painfully poor. I was twice told ‘it is due to leave the workshop this week’ to no avail and then complete silence and lack of response to subsequent enquiries over past few weeks and no phone number to be able to contact anybody on. Eventually gave up and with no response was forced to assume the worst, so reported to my bank who just refunded the money. Given their active social media presence, they appear to be a genuine producer, but the priority is obviously commercial customers and fit outs of premises. If they were honest about expected lead times from the outset - not a difficult thing to update on a website - at least people could make an educated choice to order or not, but the lack of transparency both at the outset and with follow up communications (when received) is extremely frustrating.

Avoid this company at all costs. It is a complete scam.
Fine the radiator covers were delivered but no one ever came to fit them. After constant chasing I received a response stating they would be in touch to arrange a fitting date...then nothing. After chasing again by email several weeks later weeks later I received a message stating they would offer a refund. I confirmed that is what I would accept....then no response whatsoever. There is no phone number just email for communication.
If anyone doubts my message above. Just ask and I will forward you the email string.

Very nice radiator covers, good build quality, appealing design. Liam customised them to fit the way I wanted. Delivered on time within a few weeks of ordering, very well packaged so there was no damage.

I bought a mirrored radiator guard & the quality is amazing! The customer service is 10/10, always messaged me back when ever I had any queries! I have been following this company for years now & I love how much liam has built it! He’s gone from just making radiator guards to bespoke furniture ect, I highly recommend this company for there customer service & there quality built items! I can’t wait to move so I can order more! Just to add I’ve had my radiator guard for over 3 years & it’s literally built to last!

What I ordered wasn’t to the exact. I did email them to let them know but I was ignored up until now I am still ignored. It’s extremely sad because even their customer service communication isn’t their best either. It really is a shame because I really was excited about ordering from them but once you’ve paid and they have taken that money the customer service ends there.

I really wanted to order more from them but after the first order I rather spend where it’s appreciated.

Ordered radiator cover back in September.
Asked for updates about the delivery many times.
They used to have a number you could call but have taken this off now.
They don’t reply to any other messaging such as email, WhatsApp.
Going to report them to trading standards so other customers don’t fall foul of them as they can’t continue to run a business like this.

Scammers! Take your money and then constantly say your order is delayed for MONTHS. When you finally give up waiting and ask for your money back they ignore all messages/calls/emails. They delete comments off instagram. Do not order with them.

I am really pleased with my Regency Grill Radiator Cover. It is really well made, excellent quality and has transformed my hallway. I cannot fault the quality and design.

The reason for my lower star rating is due to the confusion over delivery. I had ordered a 'clearance pre made product' which stated delivery would be 1 to 2 weeks. However once placing my order the order acknowledgement stated 3 to 4 weeks. Replies to my emails from customer services were hit and miss. To cut a long story short, I received my item after a 4 week wait, which was very frustrating. But, it was worth the wait as the product is lovely.

So, to sum up I can recommend the product but be prepared to wait.

I ordered 2 radiator covers, and I was very impressed with the communication and the standard of the work. I’m so happy with both my products! Thank you so much.. look forward to ordering more :)

Ordering the radiator cover was very simple with the measurements explained well. Correspondence was good from the point of order to confirmation that my order was complete. Some better updates on delivery would be my recommendation. Delivery was good and the driver was particularly friendly. The item was wrapped extremely well and had, therefore, sustained no damage. The build quality of the radiator cover is good and very robust.

UPDATE August 2026: I subsequently ordered another TV unit in May. Despite numerous emails and promises of delivery the unit never appeared. I am now in dispute with this company to provide refund.
This company produces good furniture pieces but seems to be unable to control their delivery service. Communication is also now non existent. Suggest staying away until they fix these issues.

I have now purchased a custom TV unit and three radiator covers from AU Unique. All pieces are solid, look great and represent excellent value.
The order process is straight forward and customer service is very helpful and responsive.
I would have gladly given 5* but unfortunately had delivery issues. The first was a bizarre situation outside direct control of the company. Their response was good but still led to a very lengthy delivery time. The radiator covers were manufactured and delivered very quickly but communication on the actual delivery day could have been better.
Overall, I highly recommend this company.

This is our second radiator cover purchase from Auunique. The quality of construction and materials used is top notch. The instructions to measure up are very useful and need to be followed closely for a good fit. The cover arrived on time and very well packaged.

Got 12no various sized radiator covers from them and delighted with both the service and the product. Already speaking to them about the next job.

Brilliant quality item exactly as described and pictured. Was kept up to date with delivery day and time slot to suit me.

Please think very carefully and read the reviews before you order with this company. My experience with this company, particularly Amy, the point of contact has been appalling. We ordered a motorised TV unit, it was £825. I asked Amy if I could choose a bespoke colour and delay the delivery as we were moving house. She confirmed that both requests were perfectly fine which was useful because we were due to move early Feb.

The unit was delivered by a single delivery driver on Christmas eve where my pregnant wife had to assist the chap to bring it inside. The unit must be 80kgs. Not the end of the world but a little concerning.

The unit arrived bubble wrapped but in the new year we noticed (by chance) that the colour was completely different to the one we chosen.

I emailed Amy to let her know and to get it sorted. I sent 5 emails over 2 weeks before I got a reply. It then took another week for her to arrange a collection, which was due 21st Jan. The collection company never turned up and not surprisingly, haven’t received a response since.

I have now initiated a dispute with my credit card company and really hope they see the appalling customer service clearly enough to take it up with them.

My advice to anyone ready this is to find another bespoke furniture company. What they make is not difficult to a master carpenter. Use their designs and take it elsewhere. If its wrong, you’re on your own. Don’t take the chance with that sort of money.

We ordered a radiator cover with shelved unit with oak shelves to sit on top. It looks amazing especially now it’s painted. Delivery was made as per lead time. Thanks Liam
