I have to say the staff I dealt with…
I have to say the staff I dealt with couldn’t have been nicer. Both customer service staff and the boys that came out (the 3 different times) were professional, polite and so apologetic. I would have giving a 5 star review for the staff.
The first construction date they never showed up after we sat in all day. as the day was going on I contacted and they would be with me around 9.30pm as they would be drilling etc this was not really a suitable time.
They arrived the following morning and started construction to have a bit of a mare !!!
Got close to the end eventually and found they were missing bolts !,
Second pair came out when the bolts arrived to find the 4 corner plates did not fit the roof !,
Fast forward to the 3rd pair of installers coming and they actually managed to get it bolted down and finished.
Have to say I am now happy with the build

We ordered our Pergola on 27th April 2025
We ordered our Pergola on 27th April and it was delivered promptly. Unfortunately the first installer (not Tom) did not install it correctly, which meant that another installer (not Tom) came promptly but it was too damaged to be able to re-make it who worked into the evening to try and solve the problems. Sophie at ATM customer service got their top installer Tom to come and look at it - Tom looked at it and confirmed it was too damaged and parts missing to be installed and dealt with Sophie at ATM and a new replacement was delivered promptly on 30th May 2025. Tom made sure he was available to take down the damaged Pergola and install the new Pergola on 3rd June. The replacement Pergola Tom installed correctly and efficiently - taking away all rubbish and the damaged Pergola. The Pergola is exactly what we wanted and good quality. Cannot fault ATM Sophie customer service and Tom their installer - very helpful and easy to deal with - prompt and efficient service. They both saved our experience!

I just want to say a huge thank you to Sophie for her outstanding support.
I placed an order online back in April over the Easter Bank Holiday, knowing there was a lead time of a few weeks. Unfortunately, during that period, the contractor scheduled to complete my garden project (prior to the pergola installation) pulled out.
I reached out to Sophie for help, and she was incredibly helpful and understanding. She offered me a couple of options — either to cancel the order or have ATM hold onto the pergola until I was able to find a new contractor. I was really impressed by this flexibility.
They kindly stored the item for several weeks while I got things sorted, which was a huge help and took a lot of stress off my shoulders.

We ordered our outdoor sofa set in late…
We ordered our outdoor sofa set in late winter. We waited about 3 months, ATM were great at responding to emails to keep us up to date as to when our furniture would arrive. We had a slight issue with the ice cube tray which was handled quickly and effectively by ATM which was very much appreciated. And because we ordered early and were happy to wait we saved about £500!

Very poor service
1. Delivery was delayed by 3 weeks.
2. Delivery didn’t come on the scheduled date so couldn’t do installation on that day. Communication was very poor from the delivery company SImplee. Installation done next day so wasted nearly two days.
3. LED lights didn’t come with the main delivery and still needs to be installed.

We can see, your original order was for a Neptune 3m x 6m Pergola, upon our survey for your assembly, it was deemed that this Pergola would not fit the area, and subsequently, we agreed to amend the order and provide 2 smaller Pergolas at no additional charge so we were still able to fulfil an order for you.
The Pergolas which we changed to were pre order items and this information was relayed to you at the time we agreed to amend the order for you.
We are aware that there was an issue with delivery, which was the fault of our third party courier, however we ensured to quickly rectify this and our assembly team did then reattend with the Pergola the following day and complete the assembly for you.
We had a sight delay on the LED Lights arrival, which were in fact delivered on the day of assembly, after our team had left your property, we did sincerely apologize for and we then arranged for the team to return to fit the Lighting system to your erected Pergolas.
When installing the LED Lights, one set was installed without issue, however you advised the team not to proceed with the assembly of the second set of LED Lights as this Pergola was some distance from your outdoor socket and you did not want the cable to be visible when leaving the leg of the Pergola which is out of our assembly teams control
We do understand there was an issue with your delivery from our third party courier which we do sincerely apologize for, however this was quickly rectified. We do believe have done everything possible in order to provide you with a product to suit your needs and get this arranged to be installed for you as quickly as possible

Excellent service with very prompt delivery. My landscapers were very impressed as how easy the pergola was to put together, compared to others, and they really liked the small extras including the touch-up bottle. Pergola was wrapped in fabric rather than bubblewrap or polystyrene.

I can’t recommend this company enough
I can’t recommend this company enough. I purchased a pergola which also included assembly & install.
Due to a number of builders letting me down, I asked if ATM could store the item for a few month’s.
This was no problem.
Once I was ready for install they promptly delivered the item and only days after the install guy’s arrived.
Their customer service (Sophie) was nothing short of excellent.
Whatever time day or night, Sophie returned your query almost immediately.
The experience from this company was 5 star.
The pergola cost was very competitive.
The quality is superb.
The team that installed were absolutely brilliant.
I can’t recommend this company enough and I will definitely be using them again.

I ordered this for a family event and the delivery expectations were 5-10 days to be contacted for delivery.
That has passed, I’ve had to send emails chasing it up and I still don’t know when it’s coming.
Update: I got a response to my chase to be told that my item had gone ‘missing’ and there wasn’t another in stock so I would have to wait 4 more weeks. I only ordered it from here because of the delivery timescales at the start of the transaction.
Now awaiting a refund. Hopefully doesn’t take as long as the furniture!

HORROR STORY!!
HORROR STORY!!! Save yourself the hassle. I ordered a garden furniture set in November 2024, paying the deposit and at the point ordering having the information that it would be in stock within 9 weeks. I was informed in January that it was in stock and was asked to pay the balance. Well, it went down hill from here… although settled, I wasn’t going to get my delivery for another 4 weeks! 4 weeks passed and then I was told my order actually wasn’t in stock, so my order had to be changed or cancelled, I still wanted the item so a varied one (although a little inconvenient is not the end of the world). February turned into March which turned into April, countless excuses about delays (I work in international shipping and I am well informed of vessel routings between Asia and the UK, there is no such thing as a 3 month delay, unless the vessel ended up at the bottom of the ocean). Finally I was told the shipment arrived and delivery was set for April 28th, I waited in all day and had to phone 5 times to get an answer, my shipment wasn’t even in the delivery vehicle and wouldn’t be delivered for at least another week. With no remorse or real action to recover my AWFUL experience, ATM are the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. I’m still waiting for my furniture!!!

Unfortunately, on occasion, pre order dates can fluctuate until the shipment is confirmed as arrived and we did have a slight delay on your orders arrival which we did notify you of.
Once your order arrived in stock, we did notify you again and this was dispatched with our 3rd Party courier. We do understand that the original delivery did not go ahead as planned due to an issue with the courier who let us down. We did then assist and ensure the they provided you with their next available delivery date which you did accept and your order has now been delivered successfully.
