Thanks for your review, I am disappointed that you were dissatisfied with your delivery time.
We had you booked in for after 1pm due to your availability and arrived with you just before 3pm. For reference, we never provide specific delivery times to our customers as we work in an industry where each job is different and takes varying amounts of time, as well as matters out of hands such as traffic, so due to this, we cant provide guaranteed delivery slots, although we do our very best to keep you in the loop.
If you have any further issues around specific details please do give me a call on 01772 720099 and hopefully I can alleviate those concerns, if not, I hope the above clarifies the situation for you.

So...
After my washer breaking down unexpectedly and not having silly amounts of money to go and pick up a new one. With 3 football kits to wash a week I new I couldn't be without!. I came across this amazing company who helped me choose a new washer. It was ordered and sent for delivery withing 3hrs of my old one breaking 🤯 they came delivered, fitted and smiled the whole way though!. *even if I did change my mind on what washer I wanted at 11pm the night before* nothing was too much for these guys!
Highly highly recommended. Glad to be a new customer and look forward to buying more appliances from you guys

Great company
Great company to purchased items from. Always friendly, polite and very helpful. The best thing is Weekly or monthly payments so your not paying a lumbsome of money and leaving yourself short. I would highly recommend Ashton TV!

Ordered a cooker through the website
Ordered a cooker through the website, they rang me a few days later and said they had 1 in stock and could deliver it in 2 days time, however got a call a day early to say they could bring it in the next hour. Got a call from the drivers saying they were just around the corner and would be here in 2 minutes. Excellent communication and super fast delivery. This will be my 4th item from Ashton TV and would recommend them to anybody.
