First derlivery we come in to a little issue about why they couldn't fit a certain oven size e.g but i must say, they resolved it with in that week, i now have a lovley oven and there customer service was really well done, 2 very polite funny men come and was quick simple and easy very recommended :)

I absolutely love the fridge freezer l was just wondering if I can have the washing machine and tumble dryer

It was all good from the start the customer service is worth fantastic they helped me so out the last few bits on the application for the freezer and they text you the day you going to be delivered and the gentleman who came to deliver the freezer to me was fantastic and helped be up to the stairs to my room they plugged it all in and everything was okay and they text me to test say the mandates all gone through perfectly and it was everything went smooth as anything and I was say they were outstanding helpful and polite as well and I will recommend them to somebody else who needs needs help as well

Great customer service no messing around honest quick service

Delivery driver was nice, I had a chest freezer off the company, called me when he was 10 minutes away giving me time to organise where it's going beforehand, reliable and easy service.

Great service and speedy delivery. Couldn't afford to buy the tv outright so pay £15p/m is better. Pay extra over the 2yr but you pay for the convenience

This is the second appliance I have ordered as I’ve been with these for a while now and am really happy with the service and customer service and installers were absolutely brilliant

The washing machine was broken the delivery guy had to fix it the dyer doesn't fully work too on top of that i wanted same brand washing machine and dryer not 2 different makes
I will be calling in the morning...
I buried my nephew so I haven't been in the right frame of mind to call yet
Only good thing so far is the price and your delivery drivers and excellent

Fast service excellent products

Did not go through with order. Chose tv advertised at just over £4 weekly. At checkout it had jumped to almost £20 a week. On a 2 year contract this was costing almost £2K. The same tv is available in Argos ..Amazon etc for £279 brand new 😱

The lady on the phone was so helpful and nice, she booked me in for a repair, pick up and a new dishwasher all on a day I was off, the delivery drivers were really nice, but were rushed and that meant that the water pipe wasnt tightened properly and water did leak, however they were lovely and I was able to tighten and issue resolved.
Would highley recommend this company, I was able to rent a dishwasher cheaper than I could buy and insure, so I may not own it but I have a dishwasher which will always be repaired or replaced, which made sense to me and saved me a fortune.
