Asbestos kits UK Ltd Bewertungen

Simple instructions in kit, collected by Evri for free sample postage. Despite Evri taking 4days to deliver the samples, once received asbestoskits team analysed and returned results via email within 24hrs. Results easy to understand. Happy customer.

Kit provided all information needed. Free postage a plus. Response was fast, the team were very prompt and polite when contacted.

Result came back quickly. I had a query about one of my results. Company were very quick to get back to me. Very helpful and efficient

Service by Asbestos Kits itself very fast and efficient. Service by its chosen courier a bit less so.

Excellent customer service. A*

Really quick service. Straightforward instructions which are easy to follow. Tracked delivery of your sample via EVRI to the Labs… and then a really quick response… no waiting days and days in suspense. Highly recommend.

Great service - very quick

Really helpful and clear instructions. Did everything they said they would in the timescales they stipulated. Would definitely recommend.

All good did everything as needed

The results were professional, however I don't think they should use Evri as a courier, I dropped the package on a Tuesday and Evri delivered on Friday afternoon.
Also the admin is not great, when I phoned to check progress on the Monday after the Friday Evri delivery, I was told the package hadn't been received, when I re-checked with Evri that they had delivered, I phoned again and a different employee answered and confirmed they had been received and the results mailed out to me, I asked to confirm email address and they had sent to a wrong address, when corrected I received the report as we were speaking on the phone, the report and testing are faultless, just admin needs some work

Poor customer service. Sample never made it to the lab (lost in transit), very unprofessional and rude communication from the customer service. Unauthorised refund following my clear request to have another test kit sent. My attempt to communicate further completely ignored. It seems that they have no process to follow in case of lost samples. Avoid this company, plenty others around offering the same service with a much better standard of customer care

Service was fine, and very helpful, but I returned sample by their courier same day, and turnaround was nearly seven days. Website promised a 24 hour turnaround, so not sure where the delay was, but website possibly needs to be clearer that the turnaround can be a week, not 24 hours!

Did excactly as i said in the box
Five days to get results
Two positive 🤨 and one negative result
Good service

An Estate agent thought the age of the kitchen ceiling tiles may have asbestos in them, never had never thought that could be the case, but safety first.
I found Asbestos kits online and bought a home sampling kit, took the sample carefully and packaged it off. I was emailed a few days later with thankfully a negetive result.
I`ve kept the report so if any prospective buyer needs to know I have the answer.

Great fast service

I can't judge whether the results are accurate. But, the kit arrived quickly. It was a simple process to follow, and the instructions were clear, and the response from the lab was very prompt. The result was what I was expecting, so I don't believe then to be correct.
