All good with the pack but difficulties with the return shipping

Fast Service!

Unfortunately they use Evri. I tried to return via locker and the code was rejected at two separate lockers. I tried to arrange collection and they just never turned up.

Asbestos kits UK have been good about it, but fundamentally if you cannot send them samples their service is worthless.

Excellent communications, good value compared to some competitors. Easily understood full instruction leaflet. Quick results once samples received. Would certainly use again.

It’s not a question of what was great it’s about doing what you’ll say you do in a set timeframe. Simple really but you achieved it without issue.

Very simple and efficient service, very detailed instructions.

Process of finding, ordering a test kit & sending off samples was straight forward. Took just over a week to get results which came back positive for Asbestos, not what I was hoping for but at least I know what my options are going forward.

Quick reply, clear instructions, would buy again.

Swiftly and with style

Very friendly and helpful. Can’t fault the service

Excellent service. Very quick results. The only issue was with Evri but it was quickly resolved by the very helpful team at Asbestos Kits.

Service prompt and very efficient and easy to to do instructions. Good all round

Gathered the samples, followed the instructions with kit and posted them. Results came back, couldn't be easier.

Clear instructions, pretty quick turn around.

Great service and communication.
Fast and efficient.
Highly recommended.

Quick despatch, quick turnaround once they received the sample, well explained results.
Sample return is free post which is great. Return delivery felt long but was only a couple days.

Simple to buy these kits for as many samples as you need. Fair price with good instructions and rapid response time so Asbestos risk doesn't delay your project very long.
