Having to install an app and sign up to track a parcel is a joke.

Order placed on the 2nd December and no notification when delivery will take place. Customer service provide automated response that ‘due to unprecedented demand’ don’t know when orders can be delivered. If you run an online business prepare for busy periods and manage your store accordingly and do not misled customers by taking payment but then not providing the relevant service….or ability to respond to customer queries

I had an issue with an item from this store but it was resolved within a week and the team couldn’t have been more helpful!

Purchased £30 T-shirt print dull not what was advertised on Facebook expecting embroidered. Requested refund told id have to pay postage refused and had to chase up why I had only £27 refunded. postage taken not a positive experience.

Unfortunately, my first package didn’t arrive in Austria. However, the support was excellent and made sure I received a quick replacement. The products are also very nice. I can only recommend AOF.

Despite my order taking longer than expected i was kept updated for the reasons why of the delay. Special thanks and mention to Bailley for their customer services which were excellent. And because of the delay I was offered a print as a goodwill gesture which i happily accepted. The items delivered look of very good quality - the hoody especially as well as the t-shirt. Good sizing. The 2 prints I’m very pleased with.

I stupidly forgot to add my discount code when checking out, I emailed to see if there was anything they could do. I emailed late on Friday and to my surprise I have a reply saying they refunded the discount code amount on Monday morning, great quick service! It was Bailley in the team who emailed me. As someone who works in customer service and it’s the head of reviews myself, I will certainly be using this as a great example of the service customer that should be provided. It might seem like a little issue I had but I was really chuffed with the service. Will definitely order again!
