I ordered the wrong size for my partner. The customer service of this company, namely Bailey- was exceptional.
I emailed & was responded to immediately.
I followed the instructions & was informed again by email when the shirt was received & asked if I would prefer a store credit or refund. I opted for the credit and this was actioned so quickly with an extra discount code which meant I didn’t need to pay for shipping on my next purchase. What is sometimes a stressful experience (because I’m not made of money) was made so much easier because of Baileys help.

Bought a hoodie for my partner's birthday and was impressed with the quality of the products, but what really surprised me was the quality of customer service. I had originally bought two products but was informed one wouldn't be ready in time due to an influx of orders. They were kind enough to offer me multiple options in receiving the items, and ensured the hoodie that was ready was delivered in time for his birthday. They were so quick to respond, and personally saw to making sure the issue was resolved.

Super grateful and will be buying again! Shout out to Bailley for all their help :)

Quick summary: Certain products are great, but it’s a very mixed bag. Support is difficult to consistently stay in contact with.

Bought a black Craven Cottage hoodie and a bishops park sweatshirt. The sweatshirt is great but the Hoodie has been constantly shedding black fibres all over my t shirts and it’s a nightmare to clean them, even after only an hour of wearing. Support has been fairly unhelpful, often taking over a day to reply to messages and repeating the same instructions that washing the hoodie should fix the issue, which it has not.
I’ll stress that i’ve bought a fabric shaver, multiple lint rollers, and given every chance for the hoodie to lessen in shedding, but it’s been almost a week of attempting to lessen it to no avail. It’s a shame because it’s genuinely really comfy and I love the design.

Order a quarter zip and they sent me the wrong team, when I eventually managed to get in touch with them following several calls to their number. They advised I should return the item, I sent the return 2 days later and they then advised that they'd sold out of my size in all my Team's merchandise.

They take 24+ hours to respond via email to complaints and don't answer the phone.

AOF is a fantastic company. Customer service is incredible. I love the design of the clothes they make. Would highly recommend to any football fan!

Ordered myself the Newcastle jumper and my partner the Newcastle hoodie, the quality is far better than I expected. Items are extremely comfortable. Will be ordering again.

I sent for a Liverpool T shirt for my husband for Christmas, when he opened it he was very disappointed to find it was a Manchester United one.
I can return it but AoF want £4 for Yodel to collect it.
Why should I pay for their mistake. Nowhere on their web site can I find a customer service contact to speak to or email.

I purchased a hoody and it smells absolutely horrible, a very strong chemical smell, much stronger than a new clothes smell. You cannot wear without washing, but as a gift I don’t want to wash before giving. I have emailed twice, last time 13th December, but no response. The quality of the fabric isn’t brilliant for the £60 it cost but would overlook if it didn’t smell so bad

Well done AOF. Ordered a Manchester United t-shirt in time for Christmas delivery but they sent a Liverpool one. Couldn’t write it! Previously ordered a jumper which came with errors to the stitching. Customer service has been excellent on both occasions though. The second, most recent issue in supply process was highly frustrating and frankly I was close to no longer recommending AOF as I have done so many times in the past. The team pulled it out the bag so close to Christmas though and left me a very happy customer with a gift that will make someones Christmas.
